Im in between health coverage at the moment but needed to be seen for a UTI. Decided to give Zoom a try due to the positive reviews. Couldnt be more please. Check in was quick, I was seen on time and they had the medication prescribed on site so I did not need to swing by a pharmacy. Staff was pleasant and professional and total cost of appointment, lab work and two prescriptions was less than $190. I was happy to learn that they accept various insurance and look forward to using them due to this experience, location, weekend hours and the ability to schedule quickly online. Definitely recommend them to others as well!

I had a very good experience at this ZoomCare. I had an appointment with Andrea Pringer. She was the most helpful and kind doctor I have seen at ZoomCare. I would give her more than 5 stars if there was an option to do so! Andrea really seemed to care about helping me, she was thorough and found a solution to a problem I had been having for about a year. I will definitely be coming back to Andrea in the future. They were so nice! Previous interactions at other urgent cares made me feel unimportant. They took each of my symptoms and concerns seriously and went through all possible options. While is was unfortunate I had to go to Urgent Care, they made the experience very nice.
