This dentist office is by far THE best I have ever experienced. At first, I was impressed with how friendly and SUPER nice the hygienist was. (Jenna is her name) She made me feel at ease and Ive always disliked the dentist. However when I came in for my 2nd appointment to consult with Dr Collins, the office staff forgot to tell him I was waiting, and he wasnt informed until 45 minutes after my appointment time. He was VERY apologetic and went through my consultation quickly but thoroughly, allowing me to get to work on time. I was hesitant to schedule another appointment for my fillings because of being forgotten for over a half hour, but I decided to give them another shot. The filling appointment went very smoothly, Dr Collins was great, fast, and in all of my years of getting fillings, this was the ONLY time I didnt feel a moment of discomfort. I used to hate dentist appointments because they were NEVER able to get me numb for the whole procedure. The staff takes extra care and time in making sure you are at ease and comfortable for your stay. They are also flexible, there were a few times Ive had to reschedule last minute because of work and they were completely understanding. I would not go anywhere else. My 5 year old child now goes here (She loves Jenna) and my fiance that has avoided the dentist for 7 years now goes here. They have earned my respect as a business and Dr Collins has earned my respect as a top notch Dentist. :) (Tracy is a great hygienist/anesthesiologist as well)

I would recommend Belmar Park Dental to anyone who wants to put their oral care in the hands of the best. David Collins is amazing and has changed my life. When I was younger I had a really horrific experience with a previous dentist that pulled some teeth unnecessarily and left me with the need for inplants. That experience made me avoid going to the dentist for a long time, leaving me with a lot of needed dental work that had only gotten worse. When I finally got the courage to go back to the dentist I was lucky enough to find Dr. Collins. He was sensitive to my previous experiences and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and understood all aspects of the treatments he was recommending. Besides needing implants, I had a discolored flouride spot on my front tooth that Id had my whole life, that couldnt be bleached and that showed when I smiled which embarrassed me. He came up with a simple solution to eliminate the spot, and I have been spot free and smiling big ever since. I have now been going to Dr. Collins for 15 years, and over the course of those years hes helped me improve my oral health and transform my smile. The office is nice, the staff is friendly, and theyll treat you like family. Heather does my cleanings and shes equally as amazing. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my teeth and neither should you!

This past year I have spent many many hours with Dr.Collins and Karen. Some of my visits were from 4 to 6 hours at a time. We would all be there until 9pm or longer. During that time, never once did I see or hear Dr. Collins get upset, frustrated, or make me feel like I was putting him out. The local anesthetic was so good that I fell asleep a couple of times. That in itself is amazing. Karen is very patient and helpful as well. Dr. Collins is an amazing dentist and I have and will recommend him whenever I can. What he doesnt know is that as a child, I was deathly afraid to go to the dentist. I cried so much on the way there, the dentist sent me home. Thankfully, those days are over. I received a direct Mailer from Belmar Park Dental, I happened to chip a tooth and they got me in that same day. I found them to be helpful, very through, professional yet personable. I have lived in three states and lets just say I have been around the block with dentists. I have found a new home, I enjoy coming to this office and they have me well educated about my Dental Plan. Dr. Collins highlighted the major priorities and they have worked around my schedule. My last visit I was given a little mini smile makeover for my wedding. ABOVE AND BEYOND...and the best part about the practice they are funny and witty.

Dr. Collins and his staff has taken care of our dental health for the past 17 years and we couldnt be more happier with the services we receive. Dr. Collins really cares about your dental health; he follows up after procedures have taken place by calling you at home and making sure that you are not in any kind of pain or needing anything. I particularly feel that I am amongst friends and family when I visit their office. Outstanding and professional services across the board. From the moment you enter the premises the courteous and knowledgeable staff take care of all your needs. I’m always made very comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable setting and the staff go out of their way to insure that is the case every visit. I really appreciate the consultations regarding everything from billing/charges to long term dental plans. I’ve talked about this office to my wife and 3 children for years and how they should check it out – they did and now this is their dentist office of choice.

When my husband and I first moved to Lakewood in 1994 someone at his work recommended Dr. Collins. What luck! We have had the best dental care we ever had at Belmar and that is saying a lot because we had lived 7 different places before coming here. Not only that but everyone is so thoughtful and personable that I actually enjoy dental visits. Well, no one can really enjoy having her mouth propped open and being poked and prodded but aside from that stuff I love getting the chance to see Dr. Collins and the staff. I would recommend them anytime.

It is always a pleasure to visit Dr. Collin and his staff. Although this may seem like a paid endorsement, it is not. They truly are a wonderful crew there. Tracy did an excellent job Friday, and I was a smiling happy camper when I left. Thank you Tracy! Although I did not get to visit with Dr. Collins, I did get to meet Dr. Taylor. My daughters and I have been going to Dr. Collins FOREVER. Since they were little kids (they are now 17 and 23). We love everyone at the office and recommend anyone who has a fear or dislike for going to the dentist to try them out. The entire staff is wonderful and genuinely care. Plus, they are fun. I always have a good laugh with them! I was even able to get my dentist-fearing husband to finally get in and get his teeth taken care of. He comes home after every appointment and says "It was great!"
