The staff is a group of professionals all working hard to see that each and every patient is takeen care of. Doctor S Masters and her Nurse Debra are among my favorites and Phil out at the front desk is at least the nicest sweetest boy Ive seen since I was in Junior High. The Lab is careful not to hurt you and the Pharmacy is run behind thick bullet proof glass to protect everyone involved with that. God bless us all and keep us in mind and remember that we all began as sweet little children. No matter what life has done to you - that child is still here.

I dont know anything about the negative reviews. Heres my take: I am an 81 y/o retired MD Vietnam vet, and I have received nothing but the most courteous, kind and excellent treatment from every department at the clinic, all of them and everyone. My greatest appreciation to these folks and us taxpayers for the service.

The customer service at this VA Clinic is horrendous. They cancel appointment without notification, inform you that they will call back and dont. Basically you have to push them until they cant squirm out of your demands anymore. Then, and only then, do they process you for an appointment.

I have nothing but "Praise" for the individuals providing medical care at this facility. I have diagnosed with ALS my primary doctor at the clinic was the first to question my symptoms. The VA has been great to me.

Great location. Staff is always helpful and upbeat. Mornings there is usually a coffe cart. Usually not a long wait for labs or prescriptions.
