Rude Receptionist says doctor Pongor will not see us and then tells me to get out of the way because there are people in line behind me! Dr Pongor refused to see us even though we made an appointment through his office and discussed medical insurance information. Talked on the phone with office staff to make an appointment for my wife. Everything was sorted out over the phone. When arrived at office with my black wife, Dr Pongor refused to see us.

As a health care provider myself, I can say that as a patient my experience with Dr. Ponger was excellent. I found Dr. Ponger to be very friendly and truly interested in the reason I was in his office. He spent the time necessary to allow me to explain my issue, and was great in explaining the treatment that was necessary. His staff was upbeat and thorough. Waiting times were reasonable. I would recommend Dr. Ponger to friends and family.

Dr. Pongor is very personable and efficient, though he tends to run slightly late to appointments. He is available at several locations in the area throughout the month, which makes seeing him more convenient as I can choose the closest office.
