Llame por tlf para preguntar si trataban problemas de ojos y me dijeron q si y q el precio de la consulta eran 25 dolares y regalan tex fecal.cuando llegue volvi a asegurame de q trataban problemas de ojos,me dijeron q si y q la consulta eran 25 dolares y regalan un tex fecal.despues d esperar 1 hora para ser atendido al final nos mandan pasar y en cinco minutos una mujer q decia ser veterinaria no supo diferenciar el ojo q mi perro tenia mal,yo tube q decirle cual era.resulta que la consulta no incluia la revision de los ojos y q m ivan a dar presupuesto para hacerlo.al ver esta persona q m senti enganado con esto porqe yo alegue q no es la primera vec q mi perro tiene este problema y conozco el procedimiento trato excusarse diciendo q en MIAMI es asi.salimos esperar el presupuesto pero no m interesaba hacer nada alli,me dijeron q tenia q pagar los 25 dolares de la consulta a pesar de llevarme a mi perro sin ningun diagnostico o tratamiento al problema,al ir a pagar la consulta exigi un informe por escrito de lo que se le hizo a mi perro asi como los resultados del tex fecal,se negaron a ello y al decirles q m estaban estafando optaron por llamar al manager.el manager hablo conmigo por tlf siendo muy cortes y amable lo cual agradezco,m dijo q iva hablar de nuevo con la veterinaria para buscar una solucion al problema.lo cual no fue asi porqe al llamarme de nuevo la recepcionista para q entraramos m dice q la veterinaria no qiere atender a mi perro,q nos vayamos y q si qiero puedo ir otro dia hablar pesonalmemte con el manager.increible esto ultimo.despues de perder dos horas alli perdiendo asi la oportunidad de ir en la misma tarde a otro veterinario me dicen q nos vayamos sin hacer nada por mi perro.creo q esta "veterinaria" deveria saber q esta es una profesion de bocacion y amor por los animales y deveria dejar a un lado sus prejuicios para dedicarse a ello.

If I could give it no stars I would. I went in because my dog had a fever. First of all the service is horrible. They treat you really rudely. I literally waited around 2 hours for the doctor to see my dog. They would let in people that just got there over me thats been waiting for 2 hours and yes they were walk-ins too. When I go in the doctor wasnt professional at all, not even wearing a white coat. She couldnt really tell what was wrong with my dog and even said he could have a deadly flu and he was about to die. Of course that didnt happen. Since my dog had a fever she put a shot. AND BROKE THE NEEDLE ON MY DOG. mind you my dog is a 6 pound chihuahua... he dont even bark. I never went again because of their unprofessionalism, their lack of service and for what I see, the lack of medical knowledge.

Las doctoras son excelentes el servicio es bueno pero demasiado tiempo tiene que sentarse uno a esperar de una vez que te pasan al cuarto sigues esperando me gustan que la atención fuese más rápida porque una hora 45 minutos es demasiado tiempo esperando

I have only given this place one star because theres no option for no star. They have kept me and other owners here telling us the the doctor will arrive soon for 2 hours. The website says it opens at 9 and closes at 6pm, however, we were informed after waiting for an hour that the doctor gets in whenever she gets here. Not sure what kind of care they give pets, I will recommend going somewhere else with a better reputation

This veterinary hospital goes beyond my expectations. I have referred all my friends to bring their pets here. Dr. Ivette is such a humble human being always trying to help people. Their prices for any procedures, and vaccines are very low. They even let your pet hospitalized overnight to make sure it recovers well, also explain you how to take care of your pet following certain procedures.

So far Ive had pleasant experiences here. They take very good care of our pets. Notice the bad reviews are based solely on a "high price" they provide excellent service and that should be the only factor when writing a review specially when its dealing with the care of our pets.

Worse customer service Ive ever experienced. They kept me and my sick cat waiting for almost three hours and I was the only client there. All the vets where just socializing in the back disregarding their waiting clients. I decided to leave and they still didnt care.

I have brought both my dogs here since they were born (9 years). Yes, you may have to wait but the care and service is like no other. The staff and the doctors care for your animals as if they were their own. I would recommend this vet with my eyes closed!
