I brought my pet to the clinic because of a problem with her ears. I was greeted and checked in immediately, and I did not have to wait more than a few minutes to see the doctor. The veterinarian immediately took a culture and ran some tests and determined the problem. My pet’s ears were cleaned out and medicated, and I was given meds to take with me to use for the next few days. The condition cleared up quickly, just as I was told. During that same visit and while checking my pet’s mouth and teeth, it was determined that my pet’s teeth were in dire need of a cleaning--and it was obvious there was plaque and gingivitis present so I scheduled an appt. for today to bring my pet in for a cleaning. I brought my pet to the clinic this a.m. for a scheduled teeth cleaning, and she was returned to me just as promised, a few hours later. The clinic followed up to see how my pet was feeling after visit, and all is well. No wasted time, a very pleasant staff and excellent & friendly doctors.

I had an excellent experience here. Silver Bluff reminds me of a barn in Massachusetts - homey, cozy, and it completely lacks the doctor office feel. My dogs normally start shaking and have even peed themselves at the vet because they get scared. Here, they were happy and even excited. The staff is amazing. The vet identified problems our old vet never treated or even looked for. While some people have complained about the wait (I just looked at other reviews) if you love your dogs it is totally worth any wait. I never had a problem with a wait, but the fact that some people did (and this was because there was an emergency with another animal) shows Silver Bluffs high standard of care provided to pets. If it was their dog that needed emergency help, I but they would be singing a whole different tune about prioritizing emergency situations.

I would give them 6 stars if I could... Dr. Anderson is VERY knowledgable, and also very easy to talk to..She took great care of my cat Rueben until there was just nothing else that could be done for him...and even then, in my worst possible moment, when I had to take him in, knowing that he wasnt coming home, she was really amazxing.,..she made it as comfortable as possible for both my cat and for me, if there even is such a thing.. The whole staff there are really nice and friendly..I would HIGHLY recommend that you take your animals to Silver Bluff Animal Clinic as I feel that they are the best in all of Miami... I still have Ruebens sibling, Bonzai, and could not imagine taking her anywhere else. These are really some special people at Silver Bluff. You should go see for yourself.

I just took my aggressive kitty for mosquito hypersensitivity check up and treatment and we saw Dr. Melanie Anderson at Silver Bluff Animal Clinic. I had been putting this off because Mickey is so difficult, but he proved me so wrong, He melted on Dr. Melanies hands. He wasnt restrained, or wrestled like I have to do to give him his flea meds, he didnt even wince when he had his shot. I think its her patience, bed side manner, and peaceful nature, I cant wait until the rest of our pets meet her. I would definitely recommend Dr. Anderson, she is knowledgeable, patient and loving with your treasures and can even transform the difficult ones into loving pets.

Showed up for 11:30am appointment, waited 20 minutes, and walked out. The receptionist was nice and explained that the delay was due to a medical emergency -- but only after we mentioned that we had to go. Seems like a standard tactic to gain sympathy and save a customer. I used to think that it was standard practice to wait at the doctors office, but no more. Time to start talking with your feet. Respect my time, and Ill respect yours.

I came to SBAC as a walk-in concerned about some odd symptoms my boxer was showing. I was seen promptly, offered good advice, and nobody sold me anything I didnt need, even when I would have been willing to pay. When symptoms worsened (problem was a brain tumor), I received email follow-ups through the weekend to check on his condition. Ill be bringing all my pets to SBAC for good care at fair prices.

The staff gets to know you and your pet (I have a cat!) and work around busy schedules to accommodate visits. The techs are amazing and Dr Anderson is one of a kind. I had visited / taken my cat to several other vets, but no one else comforted my cat (and honestly me) the way Dr Anderson did and her staff. This is the only vet in Miami I would recommend!

I went there about 2 years ago and my dog was sick. Vomiting and pooping badly. The Vet hydrated her and said she should be ok. So I called again and stated she is still not better and getting sicker. The vet responded wait longer.. I took my dog to another vet and within about a hour I got told she has some parasite in her tummy.

Great vets with a great staff. Very knowledgeable, holistic, and reasonable. They include you in the decision making process she offer plenty of options and information whenever there is an issue. Theyre also really easy to get in contact with over the phone or email, when you want to ask questions.

Took our cat for exam, express anal glands, parasite exam, (and got ear-malotic ointment/antibacterial), $110. The clinic is intimate/small, with open exam bays, modern/rustic interiors, and good temperature. The doc Melanie Anderson, DVM was very professional, nice and quick. - June 2014

Totally loved this place ! My dog was very comfortable, didnt show any signs of been nervous like she usually does at other vets. The service was extremely good, doctor was patience and explained everything in detail. I recommended this vet to all my family and friends!

Been taking my pup her since he was a pup. 5 years and this is a solid place. They are very into natural wellness with their foods they sell and the approach to dealing with the animals. Great staff and day Dr Ted is caring and serious about each animal.

Clean, friendly and professional. Dr. Ted Sanchez is great. A holistic vet that doesnt give your pet anything it doesnt need. Ive been going here for about 3-4 years with both my cat and dog, and I have not one negative thing to say.
