Dr. Lo and his dental staff have helped me overcome one of my deepest, darkest fears; sitting in the dentist chair. This phobia stems back to when I was a child at age 5. I went for my first visit to the dentist and had 14 cavities because I was not encouraged to take care of my teeth by my parents. Because my family was on welfare, the dentist would only do the bare minimum service to get me by. Needless to say, I went to bed many nights with a bad toothache. Since then, I have had anxiety attacks and emotional breakdowns prior to any dental appointments. Up until a year ago, at age 45, when I sat in the dental chair, I got stressed out or shed tears because of the fears that were raging inside me. When I first went into Dr. Lo’s office though, I felt a different energy. This was the first time I had ever felt this. I was still afraid, but knew in my heart that I was going to be fine. This was a first for me. During every visit, I got better at staying calm and am now at the point where I actually look forward to going to the dentist. The chemistry of the staff helped and supported me knowing I was a high maintenance client. I know I was one of their toughest patients ever, but they never gave up on me or pushed me farther than I could go, and for that I am grateful. I just left their office with tears of joy because I had my first perfect dental visit with a clean bill of health! If you are looking for a dentist who truly cares, choose Dr.Lo. Sgt. Mike

Dr. Lo is a very skilled and talented dentist. I found out about him from a sister who is an absolute freak about her dental care. She researched dozens of dentists throughout Seattle and the eastside area and settled on Redmond Parc Square Dental. Thats all the recommendation I needed. When I first started seeing Dr. Lo several years ago it was due to a broken tooth after many years of neglecting my dental care. He crowned the tooth and was able to save me from a root canal that Im sure other dentists wouldve been happy to perform and charge me for. Never once have I been made to feel bad about the neglect Id put my mouth through. They took the time to explain what I needed to do to restore my mouth to a healthy condition and have worked with me to make that a reality. I could not recommend Dr. Lo and Redmond Parc Square Dental more highly! Its where I take my whole family now. Ill never see another dentist as long as Im able to continue coming here.

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever had! And...his staff are just as great, friendly, and very well trained and all of the staff there seem to have very fine tuned intuitive skills regarding their work as well...thus you are getting the best for your money...in my humble opinion! I moved to Washington 5 years ago...was so completely happy to have found this great dentist...my mouth has never been happier.. and... healthier, and for this 68 year old that I am...that is saying a lot! One negative...I am moving back to New York state...bummers...if only I could take these folks with me! I will be missing these wonderful professional folks very much. They are down to earth and make going to the dentist a pleasure...not a dread. PS...Dr lo also is very good at sending you to the BEST dental specialists should the need arise....no worry here folks...trust me!

I would like to take a minute to say how comfortable I feel while in Dr. Los office. First I am treated with warmth and caring when I talk to the ladies in the front, very professional. While I am guided to my chair the assistants are very courteous. Now for my dentist, Dr. Lo is a kind and thoughtful person, he is very knowledgeable and I enjoy his conversation, although I hardly can get a word in edgewise. Dr. Lo had shoes to fill and he has done a good job at that. My last dentist was Dr. Taniguchi and he was fantastic so Ive been extremely fortunate to have two Fantastic dentists back to back.

Ive had a great experience being a patient of Dr. Los, from the moment I walk in the door, Amy and Wendy are at the front desk to greet you by name, then you get the best care by the staff who are knowledgeable, skilled and caring! Last week I had chipped a front tooth and they were able to get me in the next day, they efficiently took care to fixed the tooth with no pain!! If your looking for skilled and caring staff I would recommend Dr Lo and his very caring hygeinists and assistants!!

I had a temporary crown that broke. After trying two times to make a new one, with no success (as there was a part of it that was just too thin and would break again), they put a stainless steel temporary on. It will not break. I called them in the morning and was able to get an afternoon appointment. They were very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Lo and the hygienists are friendly, professional, and take a great deal of care to keep their patients calm. They work quickly and capably but they arent so focused on the procedure that they forget about the person. I only stopped going here because my insurance changed & did not include their office in the "network." :P
