I moved from Utah for the Summer and as soon as I got here my front tooth chipped :P My friend recommended me to Dr. Ostlers office so I decided to give it a try. (Disclaimer: I am TERRIFIED of dentists!!!) I was pleasantly surprised since the time I decided to schedule an appointment. I called them and received a prompt response - they invited me to visit their website and fill out the new patient information forms - which saved me time once I arrived at the office. About the office... When you come in you dont feel AT ALL that you are in a dentists office! Everything is so cute and of nice taste, theres Jack Johnson music on the background and all that jazz. The service was excellent! Erin (Dr. Ostlers assistant) is very nice and during my visit she made sure that I was feeling comfortable. They had me watch some Netflix while they took care of me, and yes, I had some good laughs even with my mouth open since I was watching Dirty Jobs. Dr. Ostler really took the time to talk to me and did an amazing comprehensive examination of my teeth, which in my whole life, Ive never had. The equipment is state of the art, and to finalize, you could not tell AT ALL that she had done a filling on my front tooth!!! I was AMAZED! Since then Ive come back a couple more times to get new fillings (at the evaluation I found out that some old fillings had come out and that I had a little bit of decay going on), and I totally recommend her! Also, her prices are reasonable and she takes Care Credit :) Go there and you will not be disappointed!!! Oh, and they know hoe much I love Dirty Jobs, so thats what Ive been watching the last couple times Ive been there. I dont even have to ask! :D

I truly appreciate having a dentist who is empathic and caring. I feel confident seeing Dr. Ostler everytime. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work and her patients. The hygienist, Becca, is so kind and professional. You will feel at ease when you are getting your teeth cleaned. She did a great job on cleaning my teeth and I am particularly about dental cleanings. She was very thorough and efficient. I highly recommend anyone with any levels of dental work that needs attention to see Dr. Ostler.

I wish I had knew Katie before. Unfortunately, we had to leave Redmond, otherwise we would have stay with Katie Ostler. From the outside, it may look like nothing, but everything that is important is inside. First, they are open early. I was able to have most of my appointments at 7am which was good for my schedule. Second, the cleanup procedures were painless. Third, when we left they were very friendly and helped us transferring our cases to an out-of-state dentist. I only have good words about that place.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ostler and her team. After years of searching for the right dentist, finding Dr. Ostler was a breath of fresh air. Im dentist-phobic to begin with, but Dr. Ostlers warm and welcoming practice made me instantly feel comfortable and at home. I even had my very first filling this week and it was absolutely painless. I no longer dread going to the dentist -- I now actually look forward to my visits with Dr. Ostler and her fabulous team!
