OMG! I have to say.... dont go here! Most of the people are ok but if you want an embarrassing experience, enjoy! The plump Philippino woman on the right of the picture runs around like she thinks she is Sargent Klinger from MASH, letting everybody in the waiting room and down the hall what private procedure you are having done by virtue of her big mouth! Then she had the odacity to ball me out in front of everybody for taking my previous teeth (after they made me a new one), as though they were hers. I had had oral extractions done and waited in my chair for over 30 minutes while they all sat in their break room. After sitting there for what seemed like forever... I finally decided to leave. I got up and went to the front desk to leave and she finally came up as though I had disrupted her break and balled me out on my way out the door.I still had additional work to be done later and I was very unhappy to have to go back there. My girlfriend had a terrible experience there also where they told her that they had confirmed with her dental plan that she was approved for a teeth cleaning. 2 weeks later, she gets a bill for the whole amount! When we called her dental plan, they confirmed that they never called to verify and to challenge Covington Dentistry for the billing on the basis of no record of pre-approval. They admitted they "mistakingly" forgot to confirm and that we only needed to pay 1/2. We countered and told them I was going to contact the insurance commissioner and report them. They agreed to cancel the bill. Boo..... Covington Complete Dentistry!! You are a joke and I doubt you will be around much longer... I never see any cars in your lot

If anyone is looking for a dentist in the Covington area these guys have been top notch. I have.. difficult teeth but theyve been very tender and quick to get to the "root" of the problem and dont hesitate to send you out when you need something special done. Theyre also affordable as dentists go. Go on Tuesdays and Fridays when Dr. Hua is there. Shes great and has small hands. Dr. Chen on thursdays is also a great option.

Covington Complete Dentistry treats their patient with respect. I like how doctors describe everything in detail, then provide options that gives you confidence. The facility is very clean and new, updated technology etc...i highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a dentist.
