These guys saw me once and gave me a run down that Id need a lot of work done after the first appointment they said theyd get a hold of my insurance company and let me know when I could come in. Well a week went by and I thought okay that might be normal then at one and a half weeks they still hadnt called and I called and asked if I needed to do anything on my part and they said no and that theyd call me..long story short they did this to me for a month. The never followed up. I switched dentists and the current dentist I go to said they also had issues with getting a hold of my files because they couldnt get them to follow through. This is unacceptable. Go to Dr. Puneet at bannerwood cosmetic and family dentistry if youre looking for a good reliable dentist. Not only do they follow through if you have work and their schedule is open. They also send texts weeks and a day before and day of any appointment. They also let you watch Netflix while they do work.

Dr Geare is certainly the "Gentle Dentist" and it is unfortunate that the office staff is so cold, distant, and inefficient. As someone who is in the dark about insurance and their billing codes and procedures, I did my best to ask clarifying questions. They told me I didnt have not worry, gave me a quote of $100, guaranteed nothing as is the standard, and after all was said and done, charged me a total of $550. Appearantly, there was a code of some sort they didnt factor in. That is a big difference when what I had done was an elective procedure. So no, I didnt leave with warm fuzzy feelings. Nor do I have warm fuzzy feelings when they keep sending me their mailers and reminders to schedule for my bi-annual check-ups. Ive gone elsewhere.

Dr Geare changed my life by giving a smile I could be proud of. I had extensive damage in my front teeth but after a couple of implants and the wonderful artistic work performed by Dr. Geare, I began to laugh and smile for the first time in many years. Dr Geare is kind and personal and takes care to carefully explain the work that he is doing. Dr. Geares office is thoroughly modern and professional which meant that I had little reason to be anxious about having my teeth worked on. I would recommend Dr. Geare to anyone.

I have been working with Dr. Geare for years now and I cant say enough good thibgs about him and all his staff! He is very kind and genuinely cares about his patients. I have had multiple issues and emergencies and he has always pulled through (including coming on his days off and coming in super early for emergencies!). If you want to be well taken care of and want excellent care, I highly recommend you call!

Our family has been going to Dr. Geare for a number of years. He and his staff have taken great care of all of us. I have had a number of challenges with my teeth due to genetics and rough dental care as a youth, and Dr. Gear has helped me tremendously and given me a smile I can be proud of.

Dr. Geare was incredibly kind and personable. It didnt feel like he was rushed to go do something else, but was committed to fixing my problem. Im new to the area, and he helped me feel right at home. I couldnt have been happier with my time there, and will definitely be going back.
