Ever since this office was handed over to new management, theyve lost all their former loyal clients. The staff is completely unorganized and horrible at basic customer service. Theyve dropped a ton of money into updating the office and giving away goodies to their customers that their desperate to keep because everyone is leaving. Figure out your insurance coverage because they will lie through their teeth to get your money. They are desperate for money they triple book the dentist all the time! He never looks at your X-rays or your file. He pokes around your mouth for 15 seconds before hes pulled away to another appointment. They tell me things are good when the photo on the screen shows my tooth black full of cavities! Theyd rather it get worse, so you end up returning to spend more money. They say your insurance covers things and then sends you a bill and tells you they were wrong and now you have to figure it out. I doubt this will keep them in business for long because theyre about to get sued thats for sure!

I came to this office with extreme ear pain! Yes ear pain!? I met Dr. Khurana in passing at an airport and he noticed my face was puffy on my right side. He knew I had an infection and invited me to his office. I cant believe I wasted so much time trying to treat an ear infection. When I got there he drained all kinds of stuff out of my tooth and jaw. I got a root canal and within a week I had a crown custom made in office for me and guess what?! Walked out an hour after I came in with NO EAR PAIN. The whole team is excellent! They are polite, energetic and very organized. Im so glad I was able to meet this doctor and now his whole team. That was 3 years ago. I faithfully get my teeth cleaned and knock on wood have not needed another root canal or filling since! Thanks for everything!

Dr. Khurana gives you the best care a dentist can give you. Ive been here multiple times for my dental needs. Ive had an emergency root canal procedure once, not only did he schedule me right away but also didnt let me panic at all. He never lets me feel any pain. He does own multiple clinics in Washington. So if he is not available at times in one location he will do his best to accommodate you in the other location. He once made me a mouth guard as I used to grind my teeth at night and the guard fit me perfectly the first time as well. I have always trusted him to give me the correct dental care and my trust will keep on going strong.

Five Stars: Every time I come here for an appointment, it has always been an exceptional experience. Dr. Khurana always provides the best and most delicate care, and has an amazing "chairside" demeanor that is both professional and relaxing. The practice is modern, very clean, and has the latest technology for dental care. The hygienists are also gentle when doing cleanings, and the staff has always been friendly and outgoing during my check-in and check-outs. I have and will continue to recommend this practice to all my friends!

Coming here alleviates my dental fears. The ambience, courteous staff, and technology make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience. The hygenists are very thorough and Dr. Khurana cares for my needs beyond for what one can ask from a dentist. I have been taking the mouth vitamins supplement they gave me and my tooth sensitivities have decreased substantially. If I could give this place ten stars, I would! Highly Recommended! Every appointment with Dentistry of Bellevue is a positive experience. The office staff is friendly and respectful and Dr Khruana is highly qualified dentist. He takes time to explain procedures and is very compassionate. He recently did six veneers for my daughter and totally changed the look of her teeth. She now smiles with great confidence. We feel that the ferry ride from Bainbridge Island to Dr Khruanas Bellevue office is well worth the effort.

They are quick and efficient and always make great recommendations to better my health and wellness. They take the time to explain processes and tips to you which I greatly appreciate! I had my teeth cleaned by Colleen last month. I had an excellent experience. I found the receptionist and the hygienist warm and pleasant. Dr. Khurana was very professional and had excellent bedside manner. Both Colleen and Dr. Khurana answered all my questions.
