No idea how Dr Odegard is because his front desk is just so nasty that neither she nor I would make an appointment for me after speaking to her. My teeth are crumbling, painful and need to come out. I was hoping to have them removed and go with denture implants. I was told they only save teeth and with as haughty a tone as Ive ever heard she told me I should look for someone else because they wont help me. I told her Id been to two other dentists who want to try to save teeth (though they dont concur on which they think are savable) and frankly I think theyre stretching out my procedures for maximum insurance payments. She said, "Well I guess youll have to find someone else. We save teeth." Great, Im in pain, I can only eat on one side and now that side has a broken tooth (that was broken when I saw the last dentist too) but hey, Dr Odegards office wont bother seeing me because they save teeth.

A friend recommended Odegard. We first confirmed with our insurance and Odegards office that they were in network and then made appointments for my husband and myself.The first visit (annual cleaning) was two hours and included a lot of things Id never had done before (like photos of my mouth), which they say they do with all new patients. Now we got a bill for hundreds of dollars because theyre out of network for us - they are with our insurer but not our plan. Too bad for us, because its our responsibility to know that, expect I dont know how that would be possible if we cant get that info from our insurer or provider. We got a first bill a month ago and Im still trying to sort it out. Ive been in contact with their office. Today I get a second bill that says our account is 90 days overdue and so theres additional fees. So pissed.

Dr. Odegard was AMAZING!!! Very professional, and empathetic. I had rough time with some prior dental work and was referred to him. He worked me in the same day and stayed late to complete my work. His staff was very polite, and just like him were more than happy to help me. I cant imagine a better experience. Kudos!!

Great, friendly staff. Ive never had such a great experience with any Dentist before! My results were beyond my highest expectations. The staff took their time to make sure the experience was comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this dentist and his team with confidence.
