My family & I were patients of Dr. Haines for about 2 years. Seems like the desire to "upsell" patients is strong in this office. Example: I came from a really great dentist and had a perfect bill of health for five years. As soon as I came into this guys office my teeth were deteriorating and all sorts of intervention would be required (Im in my early 30s). I found him to be pretty disrespectful of my personal wishes to keep my perfectly good, unproblematic wisdom teeth. Every darn time I went into the office he wanted to set an appointment and/or have a deep discussion about pulling them out. I even received several calls from the front office to schedule a wisdom teeth pulling appointment. Once I had an emergency (abscess) while at a wedding out of state. He wasnt much help over the phone so I scheduled an appointment as soon as I got home Monday...which was subsequently rescheduled by the front office twice...meaning I had to wait 3 days for some relief after MUCH pain. I ended up going to an emergency dentist and firing this gold digging charlatan during my actual appointment. A few weeks later this arrogant clown had the nerve to send me a referral by mail for an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth removed! If I could give this dentist 0 stars I absolutely would. BEWARE!!!

This is by far the best dental facility in Snohomish. I have been with Sunrise Dental, then moved to Modern Dentistry before finally switching to Dr. Haines. Ive been here 3 years am extremely happy with the work. Finding a great dentist is hard, and I am glad to have stumbled upon this place. Dr Haines is the only dentist so you get the best and most experienced dentist every time, no switching out for less experienced staff members. He stays up to date with modern technology and he loves what he does, which makes all the difference when it comes to teeth. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I typically dont write reviews, but with everything this place has done for me, I felt I had to leave one so others could be informed of great dental work. I recommend my friends and family here because Ive had bad dental work at the other places. Thank you Dr Haines and Staff! You all are the best.

I have dental anxiety and this office from the front desk personal to the hygienist to the dentist put me at ease. Very friendly, professional staff. My cleanings were very thorough and pain free. My crown likewise fit perfectly and the entire process was pain free. Totally different experience from my previous dentist. Thank you so much Dr Haines and staff!
