So I must say after reading the reviews I was kind of freaked out to go here but I thought I would give them a try. My first instinct upon entering this office was to walk out. I took away a star because the carpet and doors were filthy and very discomforting in the waiting area. However the staff were exceptionally nice and Dr. Alexander had a great bedside manner. The exam room was clean and all instruments appeared to be sterilized. The last dentist I saw didnt even introduce himself to me, looked at my xrays and then handed me a list of things I needed done with prices and asked what I wanted to do. Eeek! Dr. Alexander reviewed my X-rays with me, assured me that there was actually no visible issues with my teeth with the exception of needing my wisdom teeth removed. I got my teeth cleaned and walked out pleased with a referral to get my wisdom teeth removed by a local surgeon.

i have mixed emotions about his practice - once I waited in the waiting room for over an hour before i decided to leave - ive heard he is chauvinistic - he uses the ultra-sound cleaning device which enables him to clean my teeth in 2 minutes - which is great (if you dont have to wait over an hour to see him) - overall i would recommend him but dont expect to be treated like royalty - it an in-out type of shop

they do not return calls, the staff at the front desk seems to care less about what she is doing, and the Dentist himself has the worst chair side manner- especially not good with kids. I was wrong to go there, and I will not return- not even to get the x-rays which they will charge $25.00 per to retrieve!

I have found Dr. Alexander to be be very friendly and his staff to be both pleasant and professional. I waited less than 1 minute on my last appointment, had a complete checkup and cleaning and was back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

it is the worst experience i have had before. the doctor is just for making money. the staffs are not responsible as well.

Quick and easy! Got my teeth clean, which was exactly what I wanted.
