New UPDATE - - Well here it is towards the end of 2013. I previously commented on what a wonderful and professional job Dr. E and his staff do. but their follow-up is even better if thats possible. I stop in to see Dr. E and his staff from time to time and he has been right on top of keeping my smile and my teeth in good shape. I still wear my retainers to keep my teeth nice and straight. Dr. E and his staff continue to show that they REALLY DO CARE about me as a patient and as a friend. You would not believe the difference having a nice smile with straight teeth has made in my own self esteem. Im not afraid to smile anymore! Let me say that again... when I smile now, it is a GREAT BIG TOOTHY SMILE from ear to ear! This never would have been possible anywhere else. Not to mention, when I started with braces, I had a molar pulled first and I had an implant done after the braces were taken off. I later got the abutment and crown installed this year and had another crown done as well. Dr. E stuck with me throughout the whole process and adjusted my retainers as we went along, keeping my smile bright and my teeth straight. I would never go anywhere else for my orthodontic needs and I recommend Dr. E and his wonderful staff to everyone who is considering getting orthodontic work done. Dr. E is the consummate professional and his staff just plain ROCKS. They are knowledgeable, competent, friendly, informative, polite and they really do CARE about you as a person. Dr. E isnt just a professional, he sets the STANDARD that all other professionals try to live up to. Dr. E and his staff are people you can TRUST and have CONFIDENCE that they will improve your smile and your teeth 100 percent. Dr. E and his team have my FULL CONFIDENCE, TRUST, and FULL RECOMMENDATION! UPDATE! Ive previously commented on what a wonderful job Dr. E. and his staff do. Well today I got my braces off after 2 & 1/2 years. WOW! I couldnt be more pleased! You should see the difference in my smile!!! When I started this process in February 2009, I was the first patient in Monterey to receive the Damon braces. My teeth were so crooked it looked like the Los Angeles freeway at rush hour. Now my teeth are nice and straight with the bite plane and bite curve all nicely in place the way teeth are supposed to be. The Damon braces system ROCKS! I never thought my teeth and smile could look so NICE. Dr. E. and his staff are the best professionals anywhere! You wont find a more knowledgeable, competent, and friendly staff than Dr. E and his team. Every single person on his staff knows their job and does it extremely well. They make you feel like a valued patient and they genuinely CARE about you, about your progress, and about your outcome. To Dr. E. and his staff I can only say this: "Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making such a profound difference in my orthodontal health, in my self esteem, and in my brand new smile. You guys ROCK!!!!!"

I had braces 50 years ago and decided to go thru the process again as my teeth began to go seriously off course. Boy, have things changed! Orthodontic technology has improved dramatically with lighter hardware, quicker procedures and much longer interludes between visits. Most of all though, I was struck by the business model of Dr. Eisingers practice. His staff is service-oriented to the max:cheerful, skillful, compassionate, and efficient. The atmosphere in the office is very light and upbeat, a marked contrast to my previous experience five decades ago which felt more like visiting a funeral parlor. No detail appears to be unattended, from the very thorough initiation laying out the steps and the attendant costs as well as the lighter touches such as computer check-in and the annual beach party for all clients. And the focus is always on patient comfort and satisfaction. For example, unannounced walk-in visits to reattach the maverick loose wire or smooth a random sharp edge are an inevitable part of this process, but I never had to wait more than few minutes to have any problem fixed. In general, the patient is kept well informed about the motivation and mechanics for the steps being taken at any point in time. Any questions about whats going on and how the process is progressing are answered on the spot to whatever level of detail you wish to pursue. In summary, many an MBA and/or dental curriculum could benefit by using Dr. Eisingers practice as a case study in how to operate a successful enterprise. From a personal perspective, I cannot imagine a more hospitable environment in which to have your orthodontistry done. Dr. Eisinger is at the top of the food chain in his profession.

I was referred to Dr. Eisinger by my dentist and it has been a very easy ride so far. The office is very welcoming and timely, everyone is unbelievably nice, and you feel like you are doing a good job even if you know you are a slacker (oh those elastics!). There is very little discomfort associated with treatment, you feel pulling rather than pain, and for a 36 year old you would think that teeth should be stubborn and uncooperative. I was warned by so many people to take Tylenol and stick to soups, but really the Damon system works in a very gentle way. it produced a big result in just under 6 months (according to my own flossing experience and excitement displayed by my dentist during my scheduled cleaning), and very often I forget I even have braces. It is easier to clean my teeth now, it is easier for my dentist to access some areas that have never seen the light of day before, and we are not even half way through the treatment. I am very much curious to see the end result. But so far it had been a pretty cool experience :) yay for Dr. E. If my son needs ortho care, he for sure will go there.

I was a very satisfied patient of Dr Eisinger when I had my brace at the age of 45 last May, 2005. Dr Eisinger and all his staff were very professional and highly efficient. When it was time for Alex and Andrew, my twin boys, to have their brace, it was no "brainer" for me to chose Dr Eisinger again in spite of the distance.They both started March, 2011. Looking at the photos taken before treatment, what a big difference! You can tell how much the teeth moved and re-aligned. The Damon system they are using seems more comfortable and very effective. My two older girls wore braces as well but there is no comparison! I wish I have known about his practice sooner. He is the only orthodontist who seems to care "individually" about his patient. Both boys look forward for their appointments and felt that the staff "knows them well."

First of all, Dr. Eisinger is one of the nicest people Ive met, doctor or otherwise. Second of all, his expertise is without question off the charts. He has done an excellent job with my entire family. His staff is really efficient and always very pleasant. My kids actually like going to his office because it is welcoming with video games and other kid friendly activities. The kids even get a gift basket when their braces are removed and the staff helps them write a nice letter to the parents thanking them for their new smile. I wish I had an orthodonist like this when I was a kid! I have only had great experiences at their office.
