Dr. Shen is the best conventional dentist Ive ever been to. I had an old filling that had cracked my tooth and needed to be removed and then replaced with a crown. It was a long and complicated process that could have been a LOT more uncomfortable, but she was so attentive and noticed every single flinch or slight indication of possible pain or concern on my part. She continuously checked on me throughout the procedure and made every possible effort to prevent unnecessary discomfort. I appreciated this SO much! She was also very patient and thorough at the very beginning, ensuring that the anesthetic shots had taken full effect before she began working on my mouth. Like most people, I dont love going to the dentist, but Dr. Wilma Shen has helped me so much because now I wont hesitate to get the care I need if I have any more trouble with past dental work and it will almost be something I look forward to going in for routine check-ups. The rest of the staff is also really great! I cant remember the names of the front desk ladies or the dental assistants, but theyre friendly, professional, and even very sympathetic! The first time I went in to the office I was kind of out of it because of some health problems my baby boy had been having. I was sleep-deprived from taking care of him and stressed out because Id found out he needed surgery. In apology and explanation for why I was having so much trouble filling out the simple paperwork required to start me as a new patient, I briefly mentioned this to them, and their kind and reassuring responses to my completely unrelated personal worries were so genuine and helpful at that moment! Totally not in their job description, of course, but so nice to feel like youre dealing with real people who care beyond just doing their professional duties. If I hadnt been such a zombie, I likely wouldnt have "over-shared" at that moment, but their kindness prevented me from feeling stupid or awkward for having done so!

I am absolutely blown away with the staff and doctors at this office. To start, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Tia in the front desk is so knowledgeable about all things dental, and was able to answer all of my questions. She is able to answer my insurance and all my dental questions! And the doctor. Dr. Messah was very gentle and thorough with his work. He made sure that he takes care of my teeth, going over everything that is going on in my mouth. He even took photos to show me! Kinda gross, but it helps to give me a better understanding of my brushing habits and why I am developing cavities. Ive never been to a gentler dentist. Ever. They help remove the fear of going to dentists. Awesome place to go get your teeth cleaned and fixed.

It was my first time getting dental cleaning. Though it was not without pain, since I never flossed, Dr Lee and Kaylee were being patient, friendly, and educative. They taught me how to floss and even how to brush my teeth correctly so that my gum is not hurt. Definitely recommended to check this place out!

The staff is super friendly and the dentist are very well trained they listen to what you say they work really fast and they only charge you for the work they do and even then they dont charge all that much I paid for 4 fillings out of pocket 560$ thats a real deal

The gal at the front desk is wonderful and she is very accommodating for people when they need to make appointments. The dental staff is great they work wonders with union employees and their insurance. I would recommend this dental office to anybody and everybody

Unbelievable. They exceeded all of my expectations. They are a union shop and you can tell it. From the front desk, to the Hygenist, to the dentist it was nothing but excellence. I definitely recommend this location.
