As a doting grandmother, you want your grandchildren to be treated like the prince or princess you feel they are. Thats exactly what we received at Renton Kids Dentistry! As soon as we walked in, the receptionist and the assistant came out to greet us with beautiful smiles and a warm genuine welcome. The waiting room is amazing! Its a must see for any family with children. There are a ton of toys, puzzles and even an area designed to look like a tree house. The operatories are beautiful and theres even a little bench for the family to sit and watch. When Dr. Alegre walked in, any apprehensions the children may have had totally disappeared! Shes charming, funny, and has an obvious love for children! She also has a beautiful smile and sang to my granddaughter the majority of the appointment. The prizes at the end were the icing on the cake. She gave her a token to be used in toy dispenser in which she chose a necklace that she loved. My grandson who didnt have an appointment was also given a toy. They absolutely loved Dr. Alegre and her staff and so will you and your children!

The first thing you see when you walk into Dr. Alegres offices is the amazing play area right by the door. Kids of all ages are instantly drawn into this office and made to feel right at home. The staff is amazing, and it is abundantly obvious that they have not just the skills but the true passion for working with children. Dr. Alegre has an uncanny recall for her patients, and will greet your child by name with a hug or a high-five after not seeing him for several months. As a dad who has a long-standing fear of dentists, Im so glad to have found this office where my boys feel comfortable getting the regular care that Ive avoided for myself for far too long. Id recommend Dr. Alegre to anyone within 100 miles who needs a dentist for their kids.

I went there for my sons first check up (1yr) , he ended up having a cavity which I was promptly blamed for by not doing a good enough job brushing his teeth, and by giving him to much juice . Which he was only getting juice maybe once a week, and I was doing what the Doctor/Dentist suggested brushing his teeth twice a day for as long as he would let me without him freaking out. I decided to try them again and the next time I went in the dentist is like so are you being more consistent brushing his teeth. They like to play the blame game instead of encouraging a first time parent and showing them what they can do better. The front desk staff on the other hand was very nice.

My daughter has had many bad experiences with medical professionals and anxiety. On this occasion, her baby tooth was causing her pain. Dr Alegre and her staff were very gentle, and most importantly, very patient with her as she processed having to get her tooth pulled. I could not have asked for a better experience under the circumstances. The facility is set up to serve young kids and the staff does a great job of explaining to both kids and parents what is happening throughout the visit and procedures. Cute tokens are given to the kids at the end of their visit to redeem for a small prize, my kids love going to the dentist!

This is by far the best dental place one would find in the area for kids. Dr. Alegre and her team are amazing. It doesnt even feel like a dental appointment, my son is not scared of dental appointments anymore after we started going here. The place is clean, colorful and very kid friendly. The doctor and her team are very kind, patient and made my son feel so comfortable. They also give a gift token to use at the end of the appointment which my son loves. Theres a kids play area too which is great. The only place I can trust for my kids dental needs.

By far one of the best dentists Ive come across. The staff was friendly, the place was beautiful and kid friendly. More importantly they knew how to work with my niece who has special needs/behavioral difficulties. Dr. Cynthia Alegre was amazing and knew exactly what she was doing. I was very impressed. What was even more amazing was how everyone spoke Spanish and were Latina women. They all made great efforts to provide the best experience for my niece. I absolutely recommend this place!

Dr. Alegre is amazing! She took the time to explain not just that my son had cavities, by WHY he had them. She asked about his diet and brushing habits and turns out there are a few things we could do differently to prevent new cavities. She even gave me a list of healthy snacks to replace the ones I thought were ok but will cause cavities (I had no idea!). It is obvious she cares not only about filling cavities, but for my childs teeth in the long run. And her staff is wonderful, too!

Great location that was easy to get to, awesome amenities for the kids to run around and play, the hygienists and doctor were WONDERFUL. Our son had a cleaning and needed a filling, and he still asks when he gets to go back. They were kind, timely, and excellent at communicating - which is a must for me, the anxiety-about-dentists mom. The doctor speaks Spanish, which really puts my kids at ease. I love it.

Dr. Alegre is also very educated and is great about sharing her knowledge with parents. She listens to all of your concerns and provides helpful feedback. She has a way of connecting with my daughter and explains to her what she will be doing minimizing any anxiety. The staff are also top notch, always smiling and helpful. Today my 2 year old daughter had her dental check up with Dr. Alegre. I was very surprised how great she did. Jenny the dental assistant did an outstanding job with her.
