The current dentist Dr. Norton is great. The previous one did not do my cavity fill properly and could not fix it. It turns out she was previously a prison dentist, so perhaps her standards were different than mine. She is gone and it was fixed by the new dentist. Some of the hygenists are experienced, but some are right out of school. They love taking x-rays, even for regular cleanings. You may wait a minute in the chair to see the dentist as he is often shuttled from one thing to the next. Everyone has been friendly. They play kids movies in the waiting room, have a play table, and have two game consoles to keep the kids busy. They usually play an out-of-town pop station in the main area. Rooms as more like offsets from the hall, which means less privacy, but that you dont get forgotten as easily. Overall, this place feels like a chain more than a private practice, so the quality fluxuates based on the employees that are there. They take Medicaid and CHIP as well as various dental insurances like Dina and United.

I had the absolute worst experience with my 5yo daughter for a routine cleaning. Her appt was at 10:30 and we didnt leave until 12:50. The dentist entered and was very dry and did not even give his name. No apology was given for the wait time and the dental assistant struggled with X-rays. We would have still been sitting there past 12:50 if I didnt decide to get up and walk out. I work in healthcare and an apology goes a long way. Im very disappointed in the way we were left sitting in the room. My daughter was able to watch the whole movie of Tangled before anything was done. I was glad she was able to get her teeth cleaned but the wait was ridiculous. I will definitely be finding another dentist for my daughter ;One with a staff that is friendly and courteous. Please think twice before going to Fresh Dental in Shreveport.

Wait is always sooooooo long. However, its worth it in my opinion. The young white female at front isnt very friendly AT All..but everyone else is absolutely amazing!! Dr. Norton is absolutely the koolest DDS Ive ever been to. You can tell he absolutely loves what he does...He was very kind and patient to his assistant due to her maybe being new or training. His chair side manners were great...i had 2 teeth pulled and 4 fillings done (which he didnt charrge me for one) all in one visit with tons of pokes for anesthesia and the next morning and day I had no soreness no swelling no post surgery pain what so ever.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR.NORTON!!

I always have a positive experience here, especially when it comes to the staff. Everyone is always incredibly nice, welcoming and easy to talk to. If I were to complain, it is that sometimes I feel like Im waiting for an excessive amount of time. However, this last visit was very quick; in and out in an hour. I drive from Bossier to the Shreveport location as I am used to the staff. I did go to the Bossier location once, and waited for what seemed like FOREVER. Might have just been a bad day for them, and Ill give them the benefit of the doubt. Overall, I love Fresh Dental.

Awesome experience. I was able to get a same day appointment to get a tooth pulled. I was hard to numb and the tooth was challenging to get out. Dr. Miller was very patient and kind. I never felt rushed or silly for not getting numb like I was supposed to. I will definitely be going back. Fresh Dental is my new family dentist! Dr. Miller and the staff are amazing. I got dry socket and have had to go back and couple of times. Theyve done their best to always get me in, working around my schedule the best they can. I appreciate them SO MUCH!

Everyone is nice. The dentists are great. My kids feel safe and at ease there. The only complaint that I have is that one of the nurses didnt wear gloves when handling the equipment at one point in our visit. That made me nervous, but the rest of the time, gloves were worn. Other than that quick moment, everything was great. We were in and out quickly and the nurses were extremely kind. They have amazing bedside manner and the dentists always double and triple check everything. All in all, Im happy.

Staff was friendly and great. The dentist was very honest and knowledgeable. Wait time with overall visit was kind of long but due to procedures Im okay with it. Got my teeth out for me yesterday and the pain I feel is barely there unlike when I got my wisdom teeth out. I was in bad pain even with the meds. So kudos for a job well done Fresh Dental.

Super place !!! Great check in and front staff where great..My child loved the xray tech, dental hygienist, and doctor. Hygienist did a great job explaining brushing and flossing to our 11 yo and had wonderful chair side manner. Nice touch with the TV on the ceiling above the exam chair. Easy to schedule the next three kids...We are coming back.

This is the most horrifyin dentist Ive been to in my life!!! They really messed my mouth up and caused me to have to see an oral surgeon now. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! My mouth has been swollen for a weekand refused to see me til I told them my attorney would be contacting them! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!! TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!!

Love this place! Dr. Miller was the gentlest dentist I have ever had! And boy have I had some traumatizing experiences with a cpl different dentists! The staff was all wonderful too!!! Ive recommended them to several friends. If ur looking for a clean, up to date, respectful, gentle dentist office, this is the place to go!

The service is a bit slow, however they are WAY better than the Bossier branch. After my horrible experience at the Bossier branch I swore Id never go to any Fresh Dental again but they are like night and day!
