Always friendly and easy to work with. Using modern technology. Love not having to have x-rays done with the sharp edged plastic films that would always cut my gums up, now its digital and viewable in seconds. The hygienist books your next cleaning right away a computer screen you can see while you are in the chair. Doing this while you are waiting for the dentist to come in. So when you are done you can just walk out and go.

Yes, they are rude, very rude. I once had to complain to headquarters. They are not very customer focused. Every body there could loosen up a little bit and smile a bit more.
