AVOID THIS PLACE FOR ANY WORK OTHER THAN A CLEANING, WORST DENTAL WORK AND MOST EXPENSIVE - Went in for a routine cleaning, and had x-rays done. The x-rays were clean, but supposedly I had 3 cavities that were so small that the x-ray couldnt pick it up. Ifound it hard to believe, since I hadnt had cavities at any 6 month check up for the past 6 years, but I chose to trust the dentist and had fillings done. Before fillings were started I had to sign a contract saying I understand that fillings may not be successful, which was also hard to believe since I never had to sign any contract in previous dental work just prior to a procedure. 3 days after getting the filling I developed so much pain when I chewed that I couldnt chew food on the right side of my mouth. I went into the office to check on it, and the dentist told me there was nothing wrong and to give it a few days. I gave it a week and the pain got worse, so I went in and had the filling replaced. That filling also lasted for 3 days before developing pain. Now Im half way across the world with a tooth that I cant chew with, needing to go to a dentist to have the fillig redone and spend another $500 since the dentist at Smile couldnt do it right the first or second time. How many attempts does it take to make a proper filling? I will never be a customer this office again, this is the worst dental work I have ever had done, and the most expensive.

April 22, 2015 was my second visit to Smile Dental Center; my first visit were unexplainable because the staff and Smile Dental made me feel welcomed and if I were a part of there team and family; I also received a free gift and I loved it, it was the best gift and best service Ive ever received from a dentist office I was so outdone with my first visit til I thought to myself "oh my God what will my next visit be like" and I also went home telling my husband and other family members about my pleasant visit with this beautiful dental office. My second visit were better than the first visit, I went in with my mind made up to have one thing done but Dr. Pary were more concern about the health and wellbeing of my teeth. He discussed with me the difference between having dentures and your permanent teeth, when he finished explaining the wellbeing of my health I was clearing on board with his directions. Dr. Pary isnt the kind of doctor that put you in the chair do what you ask and get you out. I loved when he sat down with me with patience enough to explain my options. GUESS WHAT THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER GIFT!!! Thank you Dr. Parry and Staff!

I had a "root canal" (x-rays performed in ER and dental clinic weeks later confirmed no root canal present) done at your clinic and i had to go out of town B4 my crown would be put on and one of your assistance informed me it would be safe to leave for a few weeks and come back for the rest of the procedure, now while out of town and as advised to be" safe" by one of your assistance, my tooth got an infection, I only found out after going to the emergency room where they recommended I have to tooth pulled... and it was then I found out that a root-canal was not performed. And even after not having the full procedure these people(smile dental) still billed me in full while I was still out of town in the ER, they still expect me to pay them. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Do not go to this clinic. Not to.mention at my first visit they tried to tell me I have $15,000 worth of treatment needed to my teeth. And the dentist I went to after offered to put and implant and a little extra work for the same price these peoplease charged me for a root canal that never happened. WHAT IS THIS MADNESS

I had never heard about this place before, so I didnt know what to expect, but the minute I walked into the door, they were amazing to me. No one likes going to the dentist, but if every experience were like the one I had, I dont think that people would mind so much. The ladies were so nice, they introduced themselves to me the minute I walked in, and then brought me a gift for being a new patient! I was given the best care I have ever received. Dr. Pary explained everything that would be done, what it would feel like, sound like, and everything. I had a lot less fear knowing all the steps that would be taken. They gave me a blanket to keep me warm, and the girl that was with me stayed and kept me calm the whole time. I really loved it there, and havent stopped telling people how great they were to me. I will never go anywhere else.

My daughter is currently having her braces done at Smile Dental Center. She was very insecure about her smile and of course braces were needed! I remember walking into the lobby of Smile when we were going for a consultation! We sat down and I looked over at my daughter, she was smiling ear to ear and she caught my eyes and said "Mom, this is where I want to get my braces done". From that very first day, we havent regretted it! My daughter adores the staff and has a great relationship with every one of them! Her teeth look amazing and she now smiles even at the littliest things! Im very happy that we chose Smile Dental Center! My daughter and I want to thank you for everything youve done! You are the best!!!

Very upset with this Dr. I was told over the phone that they took all types of insurance. I made the appointment with taking a day off work. When I arrived to do the paperwork I was told they do not take HMO Cigna insurance. I asked to speak to a manager and was just given another office staff person. They did not want to take my complaint. I asked to speak the the Dr. He checked with the staff and they told him they do not accept my type of insurance. He said all he could do was offer a reduction in x-ray for the appointment which my insurance covers 100%. Im upset because they specifically told me they take all forms of insurance and that it would not be a problem when I set the appointment.

I really enjoy my experience with the Smile Dental Center team. They make you feel very comfortable and they provide you with all the knowledge you need concerning your personal dental situation. They exercise care with every case and are very flexible with time as to fit your needs. I personally appreciate the text message reminders for upcoming appointments. The environment is friendly and the people are professional. Best dental experience... Ever! - Kevin E.
