I am a stage 4 cancer survivor was diagnosed in 2000. Because of severe damage from radiation I have seen many many doctors throughout those years. Dr. Whitaker preformed the most thorough examination that I have ever received. I can tell by her professionalism and the way she explains everything small detail of any detail that she is looking at is comforting and mind boggling! The doctor is very very good and what is so surprising is that her staff, her PA-C and her nursing staff are just as professional. Of ALL the many many doctors I have seen Dr. Whitaker and her staff is far above any medical staff that I have ever dealt with!

My experience with Dr. Whiteakers staff is to find them discourteous and uncaring. Rigidity is the middle name of all the staff I encountered except one. Wait time to see Dr. Whiteaker or her P.A. is close to unbearable when waiting with an 80 year elderly person with dementia. Dr. Whiteaker, herself, is polite and quick. If the staff and time of wait was different my rating would be hiigher.

I have been looking for 4 years for a dermatologist that I like. I am very fussy when it comes to my Doctors. I saw the Physicians Assistant, Rochelle, today and I was extremely pleased! She was very informative and very concerned about my welfare. She was professional and very nice. I am looking forward to a visit with Dr. Whiteaker in the future but I was very pleased with Rochelle.
