I went to consult with Dr. Owen last Friday about mole removal on my face. She told me of my options and how long it would take, and she wanted to do it right then, but I was not mentally ready to do it right then. She told me to think about it and to make an appointment when I was ready. I thought about it over the weekend and her schedulers were able to get in me on the following Monday and I was so glad I did it. The procedure: Took like 15 minutes to remove three moles. Im not gonna lie, the shot to numb the areas stung but I did not feel a thing after the fact. Healing should take about a week. BTW, Dr Owens, super sweet.

They miscommunicated the location of my appointment. I drove an extra 30 min to get to the right place. I got there 15 min late but they wouldnt honor my appointment even though they were running 45 min behind themselves. They can be late but you cant. Its not like they didnt know I was going to be late. I told them as much on the phone as soon as I realized they scheduled my appointment at this office instead. They said to come anyway and then they dismiss me as soon as I show up. A complete waste of my time!

Went to get a precription for Rocesea, Dr Sonya Burton wrote a prescription and said if insurance doesnt help with the price to let her know for another precription. Out of pocket came to $300 and two weeks later I can not get a call back from her or someone on her team for a new lower cost prescription. The pharmacy even tried to call her for me. Very poor experience. Would not recommend. Im only asking her to do what she said she would do.

Started out that I went to the wrong location. But they called the other office, took care of that, then had me an appt. with Dr. Owen within 20 minutes the same afternoon. I really like Dr. Owen and her assistant. They are always pleasant and never make me feel rushed.
