Everyone...from the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Raymond Dean were/are awesome. They all made both me & my mom feel important. Happy, great sense of humor, talkative & great listeners. Dr. Dean immediately puts you at ease with his smile & communication skills. After 12 years of going to dermatologists for skin cancer, I learned more about what is going on with my my skin from him in 20 minutes than the last 12 years with various other dermatologists. Down the road, when I move back downstate to be closer to my kids & grand kids...I will drive the 3 hours to continue to be treated by him and the rest of the staff.

I dont get why I just cant make an appointment and have something removed. I went one day and the PA didnt want to remove them so I made an appointment with another dr and they gave me beef about it too and wouldnt do them same day. Now Im out two copays and very frustrated. Never going back there.
