Took 1.5 hours after my appointment to be seen. Met with Dr, discussed 3 options for treatment, the one that I choose gave me a terrible rash. Called and left VM, as this is where I was transferred by receptionist. VM states that calls received by 4, will be called back the same day. No phone call received though message was left at 11 am. Nurse returned call today, stated that the notes say a shot was discussed (which was not) and that this is the only thing Dr is suggesting, so more time from work will be needed. Very disappointed in the service here.

Have used Dr. Kyler for years. Excellent dermatologist. Diagnoses well & efficiently, and is well studied on current and new dermatology creams for every condition Ive ever been to him for. He does have a full schedule, but Ive never felt "rushed" when he has treated me. Of the different dermatologists Ive been to, once I met with him the first time, Ive stayed with him. So I highly recommend him.

Seemed in a big hurry. Didnt seem to know what he was talking about. My problem was a cyst. I found better advice online which helped me more than him!..A huge waste of money..dont go to him.
