Dr. Sanford started seeing my son at just 8 weeks old for a rash that his family doctor didnt feel comfortable treating. His very first appointment was scheduled very quickly but with it being scheduled so quickly I was unable to meet with her personally. My parents took him to his appointment and didnt wait long at all. My mom commented on how attentive Dr Sanford was to my son and the situation as well as our family history. Something you hardly see anymore from doctors at all. But thats not what made the experience so special for me at all it was the fact that she called me on her way home from work to make sure I didnt personally have any questions and that I understood the directions of treatment. I would recommend her to anybody hands down. She and her staff are amazing and so sweet us when we come for a visit. You feel like you are a part of a family not just another number or more money to them.

I have the pleasure of having Dr. Sanford as my own dermatologist but also sharing clients with her on a professional level. I see several teenagers who have never liked a dermatologist until they found Dr. Sanford. She is so encouraging and caring. She treats more than their skin. She cares about the whole individual - their self-esteem and their outlook on life. As a mental health therapist, I know how much of a difference she makes in their lives! On a personal level, I sensed an instant warmth along with her highly professional skills. Her staff show this same level of professionalism and care. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Sanford and would never hesitate to recommend her.

I just started going to a dermatologist and was referred to Dr. Sanford by a friend. My experience so far has been great! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and easy to talk with. When I first met with Dr. Sanford and her staff, they made me feel at home. Dr. Sanford is patient, answers my questions, and is personable. She takes her time and is very knowledgeable as well. Its refreshing to walk into a doctors office that is staffed with a team that is ALL friendly and welcoming. Those are hard to come by these days! I would definitely recommend Hancock Dermatology to anyone looking for a dermatologist!

I have been going to Dr. Sanford for over a year and have been so happy. I was excited when I saw she was starting her own practice in Greenfield. She is very professional, and also makes me feel comfortable to talk about my personal concerns. I started seeing her for adult cystic acne and with her expertise, my face is so clear! She has treated a sunspot quickly and effectively, and also has recommended me to an excellent specialist for facial vein treatment. Her staff is also so warm, friendly, and welcoming. I definitely recommend her to all of my friends!

My wait time was brief and I felt like a priority right from the start! Doctor Sanford had great bedside manner and she spent time answering my questions and explaining my concerns.
