I went in for a free consultation for a skin concern. The visit was not worth it. The esthetician stood 6 feet away from me and didnt even look at me closely. When she left the room, I turned around to see there was a magnifying lense used for close up looks. I didnt understand why she didnt take a better look at my concern. Their wait list is ridiculous, then you "get in" with some one who really doesnt care. I basically reassured my self of my other options. Also, she was looking at the clock next to me. She had bad bed side manners so non-chalant. I am not sure how knowledgeable she was in the field. The worst feeling leaving the enormous, glamorous practice was not feeling recognized, valued or treated well. I rather pay for a consultation then go there. Also, Dr. Cassis is regarded as a "goddess" of dermatology, unreachable, and with a wait list of 6 months. This is ridiculous. There are other outstanding dermatologists in the Lousiville area. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This place is horrible. They are extremely rude and tried telling me they called me in regards to some bill and they never did. They sent me to collections when I paid them in full and its been a mess ever since. The billing department is rude and so is the front desk. I wouldnt let my dog go in that place!!!!!!

Have been struggling with folliculitis and acne since I was younger. I asked for more advanced treatments on my first visit but she prescribed me more of the weak topical treatments that havent worked for me in the past. Really disappointed, know its not going to work.... didnt listen to me at all
