Worst Staff ever. LISTEN to the people that come into your office. We know our bodies. It shouldnt take 3 weeks to get the ball rolling. I took my dad to the ER just to get someone to listen to us. It still took another 3 weeks for them to make an appointment with his own doctor. I am advising him to get a new doctor. One who listens and an office who gives a damn if they can help people.

The staff was great, it is the doctor that was an issue of not listening and just putting my spouse in a statistic category. Not providing the correct amount of medicine that was prescribed in printed instructions. messed up a perfect medicine dosage that was working because she doesnt like certain types of medicines.. not impressed with this doctor at all..

Amy Fixx is amazing. If you are in the market for a new family doctor please go see her. She might be a PA technically but much better than any other doctor Ive ever had. Additionally the staff is always helpful and Ive always been able to get a same day appointment when needed and the wait times are usually very short.

Great staff! They have always been very friendly and helpful with me, in person and over the phone! Ive never once felt that I was burdening them while being there, which is how I usually feel at other doctors offices!

Well the girl I just spoke to on the phone was the most rude individual alive, glad when I am having a medical crisis its "just not handy" to get me a different Bronsons phone number.

I was a little upset that they wouldnt allow initial visit to be billed as routine -- ended up costing me $230 out of pocket, which I felt was a little high.
