Ive only seen Dr. Rogers on very few occasions. I was introduced to her practice as a hospital follow up patient back in April, 2015. Burgess was gracious enough to find me an Internal Med Physician based on my specifications of what I was looking for. I have been impressed with each appointment so far. She tries to run "on time," which shows her time is just as important as the patient coming in to see her. Dr. Rogers has worked me in her schedule on a last minute basis before because my intense scalp pain. Office personnel are dressed nicely and very friendly. The office appears to be very organized from what I have observed thus far when coming in for appointments as well as making phone calls to her office. There is a nice selection of prompts on the office phone to choose from to meet your needs for calling in. There is only one time I called and their phones were off at 4:40PM when office hours are listed to close at 5:00PM. That was very disappointing. Other than that, I do like her system of filling out a paper while youre in the waiting room waiting to be called back by her Medical Assistant. The paper includes main reason(s) for your visit that day, any medications you no longer take so your chart is kept current, any other problems you wish to discuss with her and any medication refills you may need.

"Accidentally" forgot to record my sons immunization. Switched to a different office from here and they told me my son did not have the vaccine (was not in MCIR or in the transferred paperwork). So, my son got another dose of the vaccine - later I found paperwork that indeed he did have the vaccine. Called the office - their reply - sorry it was an accident. Just confirms I made the right choice to leave this office. If they cant record a simple vaccine - what else could they potentially miss? Definitely would not recommend!!!

Very thorough & caring staff & doctors. Unlike other doctors, they actually touch you, during examinations. They listen...without rushing you. All these qualifications AND the visits takes much less waiting time! They are wonderful
