I usually avoid borgess affiliated places, but i am glad I took a chance on them. Their staff is amazingly kind, understanding, Doctor Vonmaurer is absolutely amazing!! Its so hard to find doctors that actually listen to you and dont have the "im the doctor, i know whats wrong, not you" attitudes, she(along with the staff of the immidiate care) actually listen when you say there is something wrong, and do everything they can to help you. Theyre not outragiously pricey, very clean environment. I havent had an actual doctor since I was 13 due to them being too cocky and never listening to me. I am very happy with my choice! STAY AWAY FROM WEST SIDE!!

Ive worked in patient registration for two years in the emergency department and have never treated a patient as badly as I was. Just assuming Im a drug seeker off the bat telling me they wont prescribe narcotics is horrible. Thats only something the doctor should tell you. Not one of their underlings. The next time I hurt my back from lifting hundreds of pounds at work all day I think Ill go somewhere else where they wont just look at me, think Im not actually in pain, and tell me theyll see me but before they actually diagnose me they say they arent going to prescribe anything...what?

Just an all around horrible place. My Dr. even quit and it takes me for ever to get rx refills. So on to my next Dr.? Yes @ BRONSON. I had a motorcycle accident last fall and was taken to Bronson where I continue to have the best staff as well as doctors. I dont have to dispute bills at Bronson. I was on hold to speak to a nurse for over a half hour. I have called three times in the last week and still have not been able to get through to someone. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! GO TO BRONSON and save yourself the hassle!

I have seen other drs at this office and have been less then satisfied with there bedside manor to say it nicely. But I have found Lisa Matuga she is relitivly new there and is amazing she has taken care of me and my fiancee and is kind and listens to you. She called me after hours to let me know my blood work was good and she calls to fallow up and seems to really care if you go there see her she is great!!!!!

Although I am happy with all the providers I have worked with I have NEVER been to a doctors office where I have waited as long as I do in portage. Waiting over an hour to an hour n half to see the doctor is absolutely rediculiois!!!!!!!!!!!! How can all the other offices get us right in except portage Im about to switch all together

If you live in Portage youre better off looking for a provider in Mattawan or Kalamazoo. I can honestly of the dozens of appointments Ive had there not one has been on time. I had an 8:00 AM appointment that was 45 mins late. Personnel are friendly but the service is beyond lethargic.

Love almost all of the staff, but there is an extremely rude receptionist who always talks down to you. She always seems annoyed and put out to even help you. I definitely reccomend the Mattawan Location!

Had an appointment at 11:15. 40 minutes later and I still havent been seen. No word from anyone on whats taking so long. I arrived 15 minutes early and there was no one here.
