Id say our overall experience was ok, but I really expected better. The backoffice nurse was very nice. Front office staff was ok. In general, though the nurse practitioner who saw us was quite condescending. I dont think it was intentional, but rather an unnecessary, and very obvious, dumbing-down explanation and lecture. Im not sure why assumptions were made about our supposed lack of knowledge or ability to understand reasoning behind our childs symptoms, but perhaps it is because of the area being served? I hope not. Id suggest more detailed questions are asked during visits so that you better understand the nature of each family individually. I heard about this location at the local elementary school that I work for in the area. We recommend the new clinic to parents. I probably wont ever make a visit again, however.

I came to this little clinic because i have severe anxiety i panick with big hospitals. I was really worried thati would get kicked out because of my paniky self, but they are so nice and patient here! I love it here! Its very relaxing and the Doctor is very nice i told the front desk ladies about my condition and they handled it very very well. Im an adult under 25 and i would most def. Recommend this place!

This place is very fast friendly and its a blessing to have this place where I can take my kids when there not feeling well its way better then the hospital my son had a x-ray and it toke about 25 mins to get the result Im use to waiting 3 hours in a hospital just to get oh he has a cold ... But I definitely recommend this place. Thanks little spurs for being here to help my kids and for being very nice

I dont know the doctors last name but his first name is Marcus he has been the one to see my daughter both times we have gone he is very nice and friendly with my daughter and explains everything to me and answers any questions I have and I have recommended my co workers to this faculty and will return if needed.

Staff and Doctor were amazing. Very nice and informative. The Dr. Took his time to answer all my questions, he made my 5yo feel very comfortable. Very clean place. And we were in and out. I definitely recommend taking your child to Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care if its not an emergency.

Didnt wait long. Was in and out with 1 hour or less. Dont mind going to the emergency room to to the urgent care that my kids have with their primary care Dr. But dont want to be waiting over an hour to be seen, let alone wait longer once in a room for something thats not serious.

Every visit Ive made with my daughters I got seen fast. Front desk staff are friendly and nice. Back staff are the same. Doctors are fast and informative. Love this emergency clinic highly recommend it
