The wait here takes a very long time. I thought maybe if I show up 20 minutes before my appointment they would see me on time, but no! I showed up early and waited almost an hour after my scheduled time. I really needed my daughter to see them for surgery clearance so I waited. Its always full of people and isnt clean especially the restroom in the waiting area. I wanted my children to have the same pediatrician for as long as possible and put up with the this place for about 8 months but I can no longer come here. The doctors are ok but the wait is ridiculous. After they call you to the back you wait another 20 min in the room.The staff also takes long(another 15-25min.) to give you your papers after seeing the dr., schedule your next appointment or to do any kind of paperwork. Expect to be here all day if you must come here. Im on the hunt for another pediatrician.

The service at this location leaves much to be desired scheduled an appt and multiple people showed up after me and were escorted in. Office staff was just short of rude didnt seem to care about customers. Hot in waiting room furntiture was old and uncomfortable . I am surprised how poor this place has gotten over the years i honestly dont believe i will continue ti bring my child here. The staff is inconsiderate and uninformative seems like another typical southside let down why is it our own people treat us as if they are somehow better its a crying shame and another reason people who can afford to move away from here
