Do Not go to this Dr. Office. I repeat DO NOT!! I have been with this place for the past 5 years and today this horrible place just lost my four children and I. I can honestly say there was never a time when I walked out happy and with a smile. The MAs have major personal issues and need to work on patient empathy. There was a time when 3 MAs tried to draw my sons blood and were unauccessful sending us out to the hospital. The front desk girls/ladies are very impolite and carry rude demeanor. The wait time is unbelievably long each and every single time I go in there. Lastly, today, this MA that called herself a Supervisor hung up the phone on me claiming that I was using profanity over the phone, which I WAS NOT. She would not let me explain the issue of a Rx written wrong by the Dr, therefore I could not turn it in. AFTER 5 deliberate hours of trying to fix this situation so that my son may have his breathing treatments, Jessica aswered the phone after being placed on hold for 13 minutes. She was kind enough to ask me some questions and jot some answers down to help me out, mind you she was the 5th person I spoke with. While I was on hold the MA Paula picked up the line with a snappy attitude coming at the situation all wrong. Instead of listening to the issue she continuously talked over me making feel stupid and as if I had no reason to be calling and talking to the office, that its Walgreens. She ended up hanging up on me when I asked her to let me speak! Does she seriously think that my sons asthma/breathing issues a joke that she can just hang up on me!? Is my sons life a joke? She should be ashamed of herself! I come as a mother to warn the community. Thats all.

This clinic suxs. I dont recommend this clinic to anyone. There rude,mean,and always finding excuses not to help. Cause the afternoon clinic has nothing to do with the day clinic. Cause the numbers registered to Dr Aguiree is register to a call center down town. Bullshit..... MA cant help you register prescriptions to walgreens....all bullshit please....please dont come here take your kids to a better clinic were they really care for the patients

Dont like the new medical staff. But particularly the front office more than the back office personal. When ever I call, I either get put on hold for 30 minutes or get transferred to 3 other people to get an answer. New staff sucks and need to work on everything to keep the office running. Including wait time for phone calls. Still on hold.

Girls/ladies front desk never answer the phone when trying to schedule appointments. Waiting time to be seen takes about 2-3 hours . The good Doctors who help always end up moving from there. Getting my child ADHA Prescription signed takes a week or more. Its always a hassle

Changing Dr.the people that work in this office dont know how to do there job.and its really sad because my daughter is disabled and every time I try to make her an appointment with Ms Aguirre shes never available.and noone seems to know how to get ahold of her.

Wait time is ridiculous. Customer service by front desk office sucks. Staff is always changing. Doctors are not doctors but nurse practitioners. They are not consistent. Always changing.

Wait time is RIDICULOUS! An hour and a half-2 hours later AFTER appointment time then they will call you.
