Unfortunately my kids are still appointed here. I truly hope they get shut down already. They dont care about anyone but getting paid, their always scheduling a bunch of people and then having to sit there waiting g for long period of time I totally recommend the other pediatrics in downtown Haines city. I started my newborn there and they were fast and proffecional unlike Kidsville the only good thing is the after hours but even then no one ever gets called until 5 hours later. They are extremely unprofessional, because I do know Spanish is the only reason that I can and tally understand them cause their accent is super strong. So happy that I moved and will no longer need them to see my 3 other kids, this place really needs to be managed differently. My son had blood work done and they never called me back for my results or to schefule for the results after 2 months. Completely unorganized. They shouldnt schedule so many people at once if they cannot handle it, that goes back to my thoughts on just trying to get paid, last time I took my kids I made my point about the wait time being ridiculous and never went back. Theirs not a time that you dont call , they hear the first sentence almost cutting you off and put you on hold immediately without even knowing who you are, call and find out for yourself. Anna is to be related to someone in there , so rude yet still working there, I just dont get it. Do not go here and certainly do not spend your money o these irresponsible doctors and staff. I will never recommend this place to anyone !

The last two visits have made ​​me wait more than 50 minutes in the waiting room, and then leave an additional 15 minutes in the doctors office waiting for him. The receptionists seem disorganized , but are very friendly. Dr. Rodriguez is very professional and have done well satisfied. I give five stars to the doctor, but the management of the office , we give it two stars . Las ultimas dos visitas me han hecho esperar mas de 50 minutos en la sala de espera, para luego dejarte 15 minutos mas en la oficina del doctor esperando por el. La recepcionistas parecen estar desorganizadas, pero son muy amables. El Dr. Rodriguez es muy profesional y he salido bien satisfecha. Yo le doy cinco estrellas al doctor, pero el manejo de la oficina, le doy dos estrellas.

I visited this offices after hours clinic and it was the worst experience ever! I waited for 2 hours before I even saw the doctor. He was there for all of 5 min and barely looked at my baby. I kept trying to ask about his rash all over his body and he didnt even look. Then I waited another hour for them to run a strep test only to be told it was negative and was given some antibiotics to get me out of the office. Then when I asked why I was being given antibiotics when the test was negative, the doctor tried telling me it was probably still some kind of infection. I tried asking questions to find out what was really going on with my son and he just ignored them. Although I could barely understand him due to a very thick accent and him throwing in big words and terminology to make things more confusing. I later went to a different doctor to get a second opinion, and turned out it was hand, foot, and mouth disease, which antibiotics does nothing for! This doctor is contributing to the problem of doctors overprescribing antibiotics just to get patients out of the office and on their way. I will never visit this place ever again, and would rather drive much further to have my child actually examined, treated properly, and avoid waiting three plus hours. The nurses and other staff were nice enough I guess, but this doctor was awful!

Lamentablemente no se ni para que hay que hacer citas, fui para un fisico con mis ninas y estuve tres horas esperando y luego como otra hora para poner vacunas, terrible y la doctora no sabia ni q estaba haciendo me dio in referido para una nutricionista y fue un error . Im sorry to say that I dont understand why make appointment if you are there forever. I went for my daughters school physical and was there for three hours and an extra hour inside waiting for shots. Then the Doctor gave me a referral for a nutritionist which was a mistake. Terrible place

Anna is the best receptionist in this office, she is a blast...Dr. Rivera was wonderful in taking care of my child, and I also love Dr. Jimenez. The office staff is always very nice and they help me with any situation possible. Physicals and Check ups are great and the doctor always advises me with my childs eating habits because hes a little overweight. I have been to many other pediatricians in Haines City and Davenport and this is the best I have found. The doctors always answers any questions or concerns I may have about my kids. I sometimes forget the day of my appointment even when they gave me a call the day before, but thankfully the front desk places a call and allows me to still see them anyways. I LOVE you ANA!!!! I think this is one of the best pediatrics offices in the area, and they are open on Saturday which is a bit of a plus.

I am from TX and was visiting family in the Orlando area. My 3 month son was sick on Friday 12/30/16. I called around 430pm to see about bringing him in and wanted to make sure the took my BCBS Insurance. The receptionist was horrible, she did not want to assist me. Told me that after a certain time they dont take new patients. That she can schedule me for Saturday morning. Im like WTH this is urgent care? She even told me that I should go the ER since I had already met my yearly deductable. It was Friday afternoon/ evening and obviously she did not want to work. I ended up going to Night Lite Pediatrics and had an excellent experience with them, I am not sure if the receptionist realizes what a negative impact she had on my experience. I visit FL often .. I will never, ever.... visit that office.

I can thank this office enough I have been taking my daughter here since she was 8 she is now 16 and we love it. now I have a 10 month old and he has been seeing Dr. Tosado and we LOVE HER!!!! She is caring and treats her patients with love. I dont get the negative reviews yes its a busy office but I have been to many that are busy and not only pediatrics. I wouldnt change them for anything they have gained my trust with my kids health. The only thing is that the front office girls need more help they are overwhelmed with work so if Dr. Fancelis Gonzalez reads these reviews hire more people in the front office they are so busy that its easier to go to the office for a question than to call. But it is not the girls fault its management

If I could rate them zero i would. Last week I brought me daughter in for a checkup the doctor said she might have scoliosis so ordered some xrays ok no problem She ordered the wrong ones. Today we go for the follow up wait 1 1/2 hours after our appointment time which runs into their lunch time I have to sign the papers for them to get the records for the xrays. 5 minutes later the nurse comes back to say we didnt get them yet you need to reschedule. No doctor came in at all when I mentioned the wrong type of xrays the nurse asks which doctor was it i didnt know the name because it was the first time I saw them the nurse just walked out and left us there.
