They are: - incompetent at making appointments - incompetent at keeping appointments - incapable at taking ownership for their mistakes - Rude and disrespectful when they do make mistakes - Arrogant, in that as a dentist they offer orthodontia and other services outside their areas of expertise We used to like this office, thats until they began overbooking their appointments and sending us away when they did! They do not take accountability for their mistakes, leaving you without your booked appointment... asking you to wait another hour or reschedule and waste another morning. No, instead they say "Well, Im sorry, but our computer did this." Sorry guys, YOU messed up TWO appointments, not your computer. Three weeks prior to my appointment I doubled checked the time with them, confirming an appointment at 9am. When I got there that morning, they tell me they overbooked and took the other client first! When I said I had booked this six months ago, they were raised their voices and said the other client did to, at another office. I mentioned my appoint was booked at this office, so shouldnt that be honored? No. Worse yet, I rebook for two days later... show up... and they LOST that appointment too! Apologies? No. Excuses... abundant. PLUS... these people were very rude, they actually said to me "Why dont you make an appointment with your other dentist." Me: What other dentist, youre my dentist." Them: "Where you get your dental work done." Me: "My orthodontia? Hes an Orthodontist, not a dentist!" Them: "oh." I am not exaggerating. This was the actual conversation yesterday, when they botched up the second appointment. Naples has a ton of dentists... and plenty that are willing to be both competent and professional. SKIP this one and find another. Your time, and money, will be better spent.

From the time you walk in the door, you are treated with exceptional customer service. The staff treats customers with respect and their primary objective is to make sure you have an exceptional experience during each visit. The wait time is minimal, which is not true of other offices Ive been to. Christine is a gem; one of the friendliest dental assistants Ive known, but also extremely competent with the practical side of the business. Dr. Mourselas is fantastic; he will make you feel that the procedure has been done properly and ensures that you understand what to expect during and after your visit. Highly recommend Gulfview Dental.

Ive been going to Dr. Mourselas for a couple of years now and have some fillings and crowns done. Being a dentist myself, I have a much higher standard for dental care. Dr. Mourselas and his staff are fantastic. The staff is professional, Ive never had to wait more than five minutes for my appointments. It is easy to book an appointment, and his staff is caring and considerate. It is not by mistake that his colleagues see him to get their work done! Thanks so much Dr. Mourselas!

Ive attended this office for five years and had several major dental repairs all of which have been superbly done by Dr. Dean Mourselas. Earlier in the year I found myself having to look for a new dentist here in Naples. I looked at the reviews listed by my dental insurance company and found Gulfview Dental. They were highly rated and close to home. Turns out it was an excellent decision. Dr. Mourselas and his staff were great. I liked him in spite of his being a Michigan State grad. You see, I went to Michigan. Go Blue! .... but go see Dr. Mourselas.

Although going to the dentists office always elevates my blood pressure, I find your staff to be kind and thoughtful, especially regarding my very] small mouth. The office has a nice ambiance and everyone there is very kind and polite. Best ever! My teeth have never felt so clean, Michelle did an outstanding job. She distracted me with her vibrant personality and stories, shes a true gem! The office manager, Nicole, was able to get me in on the same day I called. Which is amazing because I had a job interview in 2 days and I needed to have my best smile on! Thank you to the whole staff for a pleasant experience.

I went in for a cleaning today. I was greeted with smiles and I was taken with Michelle Hamilton. From the very start, she started a conversation and kept it going all throughout the time I was there. She makes you feel comfortable and shes a joker, ha-ha. She is very informative and you can tell she cares a lot about her patients and their teeth. Im so glad I had her today!

I absolutely love Dr. Mourselas and cannot even put into words as to how much he has improved my smile! Ive been going to Gulfview Dental for almost 10 years now and the staff is great. Always professional, always efficient, and reasonably priced. Michelle does a great job with my periodontal maintenance and cleanings. If she finds a problem, Dr. Mourselas and Dr. Ashton are both highly capable of resolving. I highly recommend Gulfview Dental.

I started out with this practice 8 years ago because of Insurance, but I must say they are excellent in every way. Vicki is my hygienist. Dr Ashton did a root canal on me. Ive seen all the doctors and like the professionalism. I must say when you live in an area known for over charging for services, its refreshing to get affordable care.

Dr. Ashton is great at his profession. Him and Christine; his dental assistant, work well together. Michelle, the hygienist is PHENOMENAL!! Shes well trained in her profession. Shes gentle, kind, and most importantly, makes you feel comfortable. Nicole and her office team are also great! I highly recommend this dental office.
