Dr Brown urged me to give my 15 year old daughter a TB test. I didnt want it, but she made me feel bad for not getting it. Less than 5 minutes after the test, my daughter had a grand mal seizure right at her front desk. It was the scariest thing I have ever witnessed happening to any of my 4 kids. She had never had a seizure before or since (she is now 19). Her staff (not me) called 911 and when I said, "I knew I shouldnt have had the shot done," Dr Brown said, "The shot had NOTHING to do with her seizure." I said, "So youre telling me that if I would have never come today and would be sitting at home, she would have had a seizure." She said yes. The ambulance came, took us to the hospital "just to keep an eye on her." The hospital said she either had Epilepsy or Brain tumors - it could not have been the shot. After multiple tests, much time and literally several thousands of dollars, they couldnt find anything wrong and sent us home. I did some research and called Dr Browns office and asked for the TB tests name and lot number. They did NOT want to give it to me, but I insisted. I called the drug company and reported the incident. Without hesitation, the drug company told me that they have had several incidents reported where pre to early-puberty girls have had seizures after the TB test. Thats scary. But whats worse is, I made an appointment with Dr Brown to tell her what I found out. She still REFUSED to admit the seizure had anything to do with the TB test. AND she charged me for the consultation. And of course, I had to pay ALL the ambulance, doctors and hospital fees. How can any doctor be so hard headed? I wasnt even blaming her - just the drug. Oh, but even though she said it didnt have anything to do with the test, she told me my daughter should never have a TB test again. That doesnt even make sense.

Weve been bringing both our girls (1 & 3) to Dr. Brown since they were born. Shes smart, open, energetic and always eager to answer my barrage of questions. Shes always very reassuring when problems arise. When my older daughter was struggling with nursing I was in her office in tears and then was back to weigh the baby every few days for weeks-- Dr. Brown and her staff were my biggest cheerleaders, both caring for my newborn and supporting me. When my second daughter was born I was SO relieved to wake up the next morning to Dr. Browns smiling face on rounds at NCH. She was also there in the nursery every day to check on the baby (and reassure us) while she was treated for jaundice. Most recently, we had an unusually fussy baby at nearly 10 pm on a Sunday night. We knew something was wrong but could not figure out what. I called Dr. Browns office number and requested the on-call doctor, I was surprised to find myself on the line with Dr. Brown herself who helped narrow down some possible problems (it ended up being gas), talked me through a way to soothe her, but told me she could see us at 8 am if we were still having trouble. Ive never had trouble getting in her office with a sick kid-- shes awesome!

Many ripoffs ! When I call before 2 months they gave me no appointment and told me the name of Dr Reysha Brown must be as PCP then you can schedule one Appointment. Now : "That what is on My insurance card " < PCP Name REISHA BROWN > I guess we are discriminated against.. The name of doctor Reysha Brown is on the insurance card from my son as PCP. I called for scheduling one appointment . The lady in the office Miss Robins said me the doctor need to call me personally also she say your son is 13 and try , for that reason You can not have one appointment !! :( . That what she said , from October ends the contract with this health insurance. :( I try 3 ore 4 times no way to schedule one appointment She say what ever is written on the insurance card we have a policy that the Doctor need to call first to explain what going one if we can have can have appointment yes ore no?!

I would not recommend this office to anyone. Unfriendly, careless, pushing vaccines even if its not necessary, the ones that not required by school, disregarding parents concerns by simply telling: its ok mama, she is a healthy baby, you are great mom. I left the office after 6 month. At the new pediatrician office my baby was diagnosed with a medical problem that was missed at Dr. Brown office. Moreover, Dr. Brown office failed to correctly document given vaccines. I am glad I kept a record myself, otherwise my baby would be given the same vaccine twice. Dr. Brown office did not even apologize for their mistake. I regret I did not leave Dr Brown office earlier.

I was so excited to take my daughter to Dr. Browns office due to all the great commentary, but my first impression wasnt what I expected. As a first time patient and a patient at all youd expect to see the Doctor herself, yet we saw two nurses who didnt treat us much like anything other than just another patient on the list, and we never saw Dr. Brown who I was expecting to introduce herself and give us a welcoming feeling. (And yes she was at the office because we passed by her twice). Unfortunately I will be looking for another Doctor I dont understand all the great reviews while i had such a cold experience.

I have been going to Dr. Brown since late 2011 when I had custody of my 1 month old nephew. I will never forget crying during my first couple of visits and being totally embarrassed because I was so overwhelmed and emotional with this new little human. Dr. Brown was so understanding, patient and caring. Since then, I have had two of my own children who see Dr. Brown, and she never fails to make me feel comfortable and welcome to ask her any question I have, big or small. Also, the ladies who work at the front desk, and the nurse are all very welcoming and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Brown!

We came to Dr. Browns practice at the recommendation of a co-worker. I was still pregnant at the time and we did a meet and greet. Dr. Brown is very energetic and we really liked her. She seems to really love her job. We are first-time parents, and she answers all our questions and is very helpful and seems very knowledgeable. She has known our little guy since he was first born and performed his circumcision. I would definitely recommend her. Her supporting staff are very kind as well.

Dr. Brown is the BEST! My husband and I clicked with her immediately when we were interviewing Pediatricians for our first child. She is extremely patient and caring. Her staff is amazing and responsive. I always leave her office feeling satisfied with the care my children received and that all of my questions were answered. Its a great sign when my toddlers actually enjoy going her office:-)
