I took my daughter on Monday to be seen for a possible case of strep. She was very sick. The doctor wouldnt give her medication! Wanted to wait to see if culture that was sent off came back. On Wednesday, I called to let them know that she had gotten a lot worse. Instead of calling her something in they wanted me to come back in and pay for another office visit! They just saw her 2 days prior. Office wait is terrible. I definitely would recommend seeing Dr Kumar in Russellville, KY. He is not all about money!

Like the other reviewer stated the doctors here are good doctors. With that being said the main issue is wait time it seems like patient time has no value. Be prepared to wait a good 45mins to 1hr from the minute you check in until you are seeing the doctor. It can be up to a 2hr experience. It is normally about 30-45mins to go back for vitals. The front staff are competent but not necessarily compassionate to the wait you experience. Oh how we and many other parents wish that Dr. Korn had never retired.

A Private User

Every time you call to make an appointment you are put on hold, the last time it was for 10 minutes. Whenever I go in for an appointment with my son, none of the front office staff smiles or asks you how you are. They are not personable whatsoever. The doctors on staff are great, but when it comes to courtesy from the front staff, its awful. Which is why I have switch doctors offices.
