I had the unfortunate experience of making an appointment here. I called to find out if this dentist was in my network and the receptionist, Kim, simply told me “We accept every insurance”. After getting my cleaning done, I turned around to leave because I knew my insurance fully covers two cleaning and dental examinations but Kim told me I had to pay the full price for the service because in Illinois Delta Dental does not pay the dentist, they reimburse patients instead. I have had Delta Dental insurance for 5 years and have never paid out of pocket for cleaning, but I recently moved from Nashville (hence the new Dr visit) and did not know anything about Illinois laws. After much back and forth with Kim, I paid the full price, around $300, for my cleaning. Later that evening, while narrating my ordeal to a friend who has the same insurance, I found out Kim lied to me. This was a ploy to get me to pay the full amount without telling me they are an out-of-network dentist. Proof that I was lied to is that about two weeks later, Delta Dental sent $72 (the maximum they pay for out-of-network dentist) to Dr. Cook’s office, and Dr. Cook then reimbursed me for the same amount. Either Kim is a liar or she is plain incompetent. I am writing this review so no one else is tricked into paying for a service they are covered for. If you have insurance, go find a dentist that isn’t disingenuous. There is no point spending all that money for dental insurance, only to pay so much for a service you are covered for

Theres something inviting about going to Dr. Cooks. Both of the Dr.s are fantastic at what they do, and I have had some serious work done. The hygienists and assistants are super inviting, accommodating and friendly. My mom switched dentists when she heard how great it was over there and shes never going to leave Dr. Cooks office, and neither will I, because once you find a great dentist you never leave!

I appreciate the convenient appointment availability and that they are always ready for me when I walk in. The staff is all very friendly. They have a nice office with modern technology and state of the art tools that are consistently updated from the looks of it. I have been a long time patient and will not look anywhere else when it comes to dental services for me and my family.

I have been going to Dr. Cook for years... He did something that nobody else was able to do.... Get me to smile more!!! I had veneers done here that I can honestly say changed my life! Fantastic work all around. He now sees myself and my family. Their work with children is phenomenal. My five yr. old is "tricky" and he always leaves happy. Five Stars
