Inicialmente pensé que iba a recibir un servicio profesional. Desafortunadamente, la experiencia con esta oficina dental me ha dejado lastimada no solo física sino emocionalmente. No se trata solo del dinero invertido porque al final lo mas importante es la satisfacción y compasión hacia las necesidades del cliente, que en mi caso no fueron cumplidas. No recomiendo esta practica dental para trabajos donde se requiera exactitud y estética facial. Initially I thought I was going to receive a professional service. Unfortunately, this experience with this dental practice has left me physically and emotionally hurt. It is not about the money invested in the procedure because the most important thing at the end is the costumer satisfaction which involves compassion and understanding of the costumers needs; and in my case, those werent met. I dont and wont recommend this dental practice for jobs that require accuracy and facial esthetics.

We had the most distraught dentist appointment at Perry Family Dentist. The service rendered to my 74 year old mom was so unprofessional and disrespectful that it brought us to tears. The same day of this event, after we walked out of this office completely humiliated, a stranger woman, without hesitation, helped us in the most simple and kind way. She brought brightness after an unpleasant experience. I gave this person a big hug and thank her several times from the bottom of my heart. A man with an university degree can have all the knowledge and experience, but if it lacks the good attitude, if it lacks empathy, all of the above means nothing. A stranger woman, probably a regular middle class lady, offered to us what the man with a degree and education didnt, Charity. Clarification: From the very beginning of the treatment with Dr. Perry, my mother was accompanied by a daughter, who is bilingual, so she could feel confortable understanding the procedure. He has ONE Hispanic dental assistant, only ONE, not two as he mentions in his response. This hispanic assistant did her best to "help" traducing from Dr. Perry although my sister and I communicate directly and clearly with Dr. Perry and our mom. At the end, when costumer satisfaction wasnt met, Dr. Perry decided to take the uncompassionate way to treat a 74 year old woman which was: Asking her to pay the remaining balance and walk out the door with a DEFECTIVE product or dont pay the remaining balance and walk out the door with NO PRODUCT. Humiliation at its finest. We took our mother to Cobb Family Dentistry across the street. So far, they are fixing what Dr. Perry couldnt.

Worst experience ever!!!! A "professional" dentist who doesnt know how to help his patients or how to solve a problem cannot call himself a dentist. This is not a matter of money but honesty and integrity. My mother went there several times to have her dentures made, but instead of being patient and trying to figure it out, Dr. Perry got frustrated, gave up, and told her he couldnt fix her dentures for her and told her to leave the office to make way for another patient. I hope that in the future you can solve the patients problems instead not caring for their needs. NOTE: When we were looking for a dentist for my mom we never asked or required for a translator because my sister and I are very proficient in English. We are bilingual, but we appreciate the help of the only ONE bilingual assistant that Dr. Perry has in his office. Today I want to finish with this word battle that has left our mom physically and emotionally hurt . I am not going to ask my family and friends to review this practice, neither I am going to change my name or even block people on social media. Words can say many things but actions, good deeds are the only things that really count. We didnt get the customer satisfaction that it was guaranteed to our mom. The job wasnt finished properly, the situation was handled unprofessionally and thats the fact.

LOVE Dr. Perry and his entire office staff! He successfully fixed an ongoing issue I had without using overly-invasive treatment and has made every effort to make sure that his work was met with complete satisfaction. I was in the office again this week for a routine cleaning and I have to say that they are truly the kindest dentist practice I have ever been to... I have been to plenty of hygienists and dentists who make me feel like a fool when it comes to dental health but at Perry I never have to worry about telling them that I missed a few days flossing. :P Dr. Perry and his staff take their work very seriously, but make you feel like a neighbor and friend at the same time. Thanks again for a pleasant 6 month checkup and cleaning!

I cant say enough good things about Dr.Perry, and his staff. I have had extensive dental work done, and spent a lot of time in this office. From day 1, I have felt so comfortable under Dr.Perrys care. His staff is nothing short, of phenomenal. They go out of their way, to keep me comfortable during procedures. They genuinely care, about their patients. The evening phone call, after treatment to see how I was doing, spoke volumes. I have never had such a great experience with going to the dentist, much less any dentist Id ever been to. This is my friends, and familys dentist for life. I promise you will not be disappointed.

There is no other dental office like this...I had the best experience of my life. I am writing this review less than 24 hours after having a cavity filled and a tooth extraction. My experience with Dr. Perry was absolutely perfect! From the friendly personal greetings as you check in, to the perfect dentistry practice, Perry Family Dentist goes unmatched. Dr. Perry personally called me at 8:30 that night to check on my recovery. In a time when top rate customer service is becoming a lost art, Perry Family Dentists excel! If anyone is looking for a dentist, you find a pot of gold with Dr. Perry and Perry Family Dentist.

The staff is nice but the dentist refused to help me in any way. After having an x-ray the dentist said that he couldnt help me stating that I should go to see an oral surgeon. He also refused to give me any antibiotics or anything for the pain. I have an obviously infected, painful situation and the dentist declined to help me. Then, on the way out they wanted to charge me for the one x-ray they did, that is completely computer generated. I explained to the staff that they had failed to help me and walked out the front door. This office does not deserve the 5 stars they have now. I will never go there again.

I cant say I love going to the dentist, but Dr. Hebbergers team makes me not dread going like I used to. This office has an amazing group of people, all working to make sure their patients receive the best possible care. They have worked well with my periodontist, who recommended them, by the way, and take time with their patients to discuss options, etc. Dont think that means youll have to wait for your appointment. I have never waited more than a few minutes. Neither has anyone else in my family. You will not be disappointed if you choose to switch dentists to this practice.

This dentist office is absolutely amazing! Dr. Perry and his staff are truly the best in the area. I could not have prayed for a better group of people. Everyone is sooo nice, and I love the fact that I dont feel as if Im being "nickeled & dimed" for everything. After being told so many different things by so many dentist, he was the first dentist to actually listen to my concerns and address them accordingly. I am now on my way to having a beautiful smile, great teeth, and a healthily mouth overall!! Hats off the Dr. Perry and his team! They Rock!! FYI: Felicia is my favorite!!
