About two years ago, I was going to a different dentist for my care. I explained to that dentist that I may have had a cavity somewhere in the back of my mouth. He looked and said there was nothing wrong. Well, other experiences with that dentists office put me off dentistry for a while. As you all know, lack of care causes issues to arise or worsen. One of my wisdom teeth broke!! I couldnt get care right away because I was going out of town and frankly didnt think I could afford it. Also, I had to find the right dental office. My children go to the next door to The Childrens Dentist, so I thought Id give it a shot. I went in today to get my situation checked out. Everyone from the front desk, office staff, to the dental hygienists and dentist were so nice! Dr. Britton, one of the dentist, sat down and got to know about me a little and also shared some of his life stories as well. He didnt try to rush anything or pass me off to someone. After, he looked at my mouth did a full check up, I dont recall any dentist being so thorough, he gave me the news. I would need that one wisdom tooth and the other three wisdom removed. He let me know he could do the problem tooth that day in office. I was so worried because I didnt have much money to play around with and I had watched some dental videos of extractions on YouTube. (Do NOT do this, it isnt as bad as it looks) The office manager, she was also very nice, came in and spoke with me. We talked and worked out my situation. I decided to get my tooth extracted today. The staff made sure that I was calm and NUMB. The extraction was super simple and painless, Dr. Britton did a fantastic job. I would recommend this place, it was probably the best experience I have had here in TN. Thank you 101st Dentistry team, yall were awesome!!!

My first visit, it was all good. Soldiers wife cleaned my teeth. Second visit a drone did the work because the soldiers wife quit. Then they tried to bully me into watching a video. I didnt have time and told them so. Time for my 3rd visit, they didnt call or send a post card. (I had changed jobs and killed a phone, so I didnt have it recorded like I should have.) BUT, I did get a nasty letter from them about missing my appointment with the doctors name stamped on it upside down!! Low speed. You cant remind me to come like every other dentist office on earth, but you can mail me a nasty-gram?! THE WORST PART IS...they want me to pay $15 for my Xrays to be sent/released to me! Hello, Clarksville is a military town? It isnt like we got up and moved away because we wanted to! The lady said, "In TN we have the right to charge a fee for records." The right to do something doesnt make it the RIGHT thing to do. Shaking my head at a dentist office who has the nerve to put 101st on the sign but not support those in the military.

I have just recently switched dentists to 101st Adult Dentistry and I am kicking myself for not switching sooner! What a wonderful experience! The customer service was excellent - so refreshing coming from my previous office. Upon arrival at my appointment (15 minutes early), I was greeted kindly and asked to fill out some paperwork, which was explained to me. I was then promptly taken back at the scheduled time by such a sweet hygienist (I believe her name was Tosha). She was courteous, professional and engaging. After she had taken x-rays, cleaned and placed a fluoride treatment on my teeth (all the while asking me if I was comfortable), Dr. Britton came to do his evaluation. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Britton. He was delightful and also engaging. The staff at this facility actually cares about the individual and doesnt make it feel like it is their work. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone who is considering switching dentists or is new to the area.

I didnt even get to the office. Staff was super rude when trying to schedule my first visit. I called a few moments after 5pm and the machine picked up, but then someone picked up. I asked for an appointment as I was new in town, the girl said there was one the next morning which was too soon for me. When I inquired about an appointment two days out or possibly three she sighed deeply and explained NOT for NEW patients. I asked if they were open Friday and once again she sighed deeply and hung up on me. WOW! Called back and it went to the machine. Not motivated to have to deal with this absolutely unprovoked attitude in person, my family will be visiting another dentist in our new town.

My experience was excellent! I dont care for the dentist. Always been sorta scared of but staff and my dentist was amazing. Made me feel comfortable in all aspects . They listened to my concerns and what I needed to get done . They didnt tell me were going to do this they actually listened. They also made me feel really comfortable with teeth removal and I had a lot . I can smile again because of a 101st I would recommend them to anyone . They are amazing . If your scared of the dentist and procedures dont be this place will change your mind and have a different out look on going to the dentist again.

I have been going to 101st Adult Dentistry for a couple of years now and each experience has been great! The providers and support staff are very courteous, professional, and timely with their services. They take the time to explain the procedures as well as the referral process if a referral is necessary. I highly recommend this dental clinic and believe that you will be as happy as I am with their services.

I love this dentist office. I first came here a couple years ago when another local dentist told me I had 10 cavities... I really just couldnt settle with that and got a second opinion. I came to 101st adult dentistry and only had 2 cavities, which they were able to correct right away. I know I can trust them and continue to come here. The office is always clean and everyone is so nice.

Ive been using this office for over 15 years. Even after moving away and coming back I made the choice to resume care here. Always affordable and accommodating of my schedule Ive had no complaints. The staff is great and both dentists I have seen are knowledgeable and kind. Truthfully, I hate/fear going to the dentist, and they know it but make it the best experience possible!

I have been going to see Dr Hnarakis for almost 10 yrs now. As stated in a previous comment you never have to wait for your appointment, I have always been called back earlier than the scheduled time. As for the staff they are very helpful and pleasant to be around. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.
