I went in there TERRIFIED based on a bad experience at another dentist. I also wasnt sure what my insurance would cover. Every single member of this staff was helpful, kind and compassionate. They explained everything in great detail so I was able to understand everything. They did their best to make sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. What I actually thought was my issue was not. They were able to address the exact issue and now I can eat properly again!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

to me the west ishpeming dental facility is a bunch of crooks because when they tell you that they are going to send your bill to the insurance company and that you have nothing to worry about yet here three months later i receive a bill which is bs
