Visited once after relocating to the area. One of the few doctors to accept BCBS FEP insurance. They kept me waiting a little too long after I checked in to get me in the chair, but once in, they moved quickly with the cleaning. They dispensed with the bite wing x-rays and had them mailed from my former dentist. Dr. gave a pitch for teeth straightening. I realize the guy has bills to pay, and maybe car and house payments, but I am not interested in having extraneous work pushed on me. I called his office to pay the remaining balance of my bill over the phone by credit card the very day that I received my insurance statement in the mail. I offered to pay full balance. Unfortunately I jumped the gun, because the very next day I received the bill from their office, which offered me 50% off. A few days later they mailed me a receipt, which showed that they had in fact charged my credit card full price. When I called and asked if they would honor their discount and credit my card, the receptionist apologized and took down my credit card number again. My card was never credited the discount. I think they should honor the offered discount, but they did not. It may be petty; however, I think this is reason enough to look for a different dentist. There are dentists, like my last one at my former home, who put the interest of the patient first, and they seem to be able to make a living that way. I hope to find one of those in the Chicagoland area.

I did not have a good experience. I had a tooth that required a crown . The crown he installed was the wrong size it was too big. Why would he install a crown that was too big? So I dropped him as my dentist and it had to be redone by a different dentist . So for something that requires anything more complex than a filling I do not recommend this dentist. He is a really nice guy but I had so much pain from his work. I feel bad to put up this review but he did not do a decent job on me. For cleanings and small fillings I would guess he is fine but I did not have a good experience for a crown that was over $2000. So I would not trust him to correctly diagnose a problem.

Dr Dolce has done a lot of work on me regarding fillings, crowns and checkups. He is very professional and expedient. You feel like youre in good hands. His staff is great, very cheerful and professional also. Parking is free and close unlike Evanston. I dont hesitate to recommend him.

Dr. Dolce is a very professional and excellent dentist. He has been my dentist for over a decade and my children like him also. His staff is great. The lady at the front desk is very kind. I highly recommend him and his office.
