Dr. Paul Fischl is an excellent dentist in every way. He does a professional job of practicing dentistry using the latest tools (e.g. a porcelain crown maker in his office so one doesnt need to wait a week or two), not overdoing but taking periodic x-rays, making suggestions for best oral hygiene, & conducting a careful inspection of the mouth & teeth at each bi-annual checkup. If I have a specific dental problem, he addresses it as painlessly as possible. Critically, If I call in an emergency situation, Dr. Fischl offers an appointment to see me in an extremely timely fashion (that day or the next). Ive been his patient for more years than I can count so Ive had a great deal of experience with him dealing with a plethora of issues. Dr. Fischl is not just a dentist, hes an approachable man. I feel he really knows me & cares about me. I never feel rushed or like "just another patient". I have found him genuinely caring & compassionate. BTW, these characteristics are of great importance to me in any doctor. His well-run office has a bevy of trained dental hygienists which assures that Im seen very shortly after I arrive; there is no long wait. They ask questions about any changes/problems since the last appointment, check my gums as well as teeth for areas which need attention, & clean my teeth with the latest equipment like a water tartar remover. They then communicate with Dr. Fishcl, who keeps careful records, prior to his inspection/treatment. The receptionists in his office communicate well with the doctor, make subsequent appointments for me, are pleasant and responsive. They take & promptly pass on to the doctor any problem I call in. His office is clean, well-lit, & always welcoming. His various examining rooms have delightful aquarium screensavers which set a restful tone. In short, I would recommend Dr. Fischl unequivocally if one is looking for a dentist.

If you are looking for a fantastic dentist for you or your family in the Evanston area, no need to look any further! I have been going to Fischl Dental Associates for regular dental check-ups and teeth cleanings every six months for 15 years, and based on that experience, I highly recommend them for all ages. I personally always request Dr. Paul and Nikki (one of the hygienists) as they are both extremely professional, thorough, love what they do, and I appreciate the recommendations theyve made over the years to help me maintain good oral health. Ive also noticed that Dr. Paul clearly keeps very up-to-date with current advances in dentistry, as he has often mentioned recent academic studies in response to questions Ive asked. Its honestly a pleasure going to the dentist, which is not something I ever would have said prior to going here. Also, I have friends and family who are seen by both Dr. Paul and Dr. Marie, as well as the other hygienists, so I know you cant go wrong with anyone within their practice. Thank you Dr. Paul and Nikki, and see you again in six months!

I have never met a healthcare provider more dedicated and caring as Dr. Fischl. Ive been very lucky to have him as my dentist since I was 7 years old. He has helped me on numerous occasions from: semi-annual cleanings, getting sealants to prevent cavities, referring me to a great oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth and creating an easy to use night-guard. I believe I am most grateful for the effective night-guard. I was diagnosed with TMJ in 2015. Dr. Fischl created a sleek & slim night-guard - easy to use and comfortable. I noticed results within the first week. My headaches were gone, I was sleeping more soundly. I could not emphasize enough how much this has changed my life. Dr. Fischl keeps up with the most current advancements in the field of dentistry and its obvious he truly loves helping his patients. Ive enjoyed growing up with his dedicated, skilled & happy staff. I have recommend Dr. Fischl to my family and friends and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Fischl Dental Associates are the BEST! Demonstrating a warm and informative approach to dental needs, Drs. Marie and Paul Fischl and their team utilize the most up to date equipment and procedures to deliver services that are at the highest professional standards, patient friendly and efficient. For example, this week Dr. Marie prepared a broken tooth and used digital scanning techniques to prepare a replacement cap for the molar in three hours flat - only one visit! In addition, she took extra care to insure that the maximum gum tissue around the molar could be saved. Even thought this took extra time on her part, she wanted to ensure the highest degree of success for the procedure and for my investment. As a patient you will feel respected and cared for while receiving outstanding dental services. Dont hesitate to call these highly skilled professionals.

There are certain constants in my family’s life for which I am especially grateful, and Fischl Dental is one of them. Since Dr. Paul has been taking care of my whole family (including my mom and aunt) for the last several years – he almost feels like one of the family. He’s been there for me and my husband, and every step of the way as our kids have been growing up, with excellent dental care. Dr. Paul has the experience and expertise. What keeps us coming back like clockwork is his chair-side manner. Our two children have no fear of the dentist thanks to Dr. Paul. When I think of Dr. Paul, the words that come to mind are trustworthy, caring and warmth, as well as integrity and going the extra mile. He has truly been there for us, and, again, we are so grateful!

I went to Fischl Dental Associates because I had heard wonderful comments about this Dr. Fischl0. I was amazed to find all of the staff ever so friendly and both Dr. Marie and Dr. Paul Fischl are great experienced dentists. The work I needed was done so well - the end product was great and the whole time I experienced no pain. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone there explains/answers any questions, always with a smile. I now believe that for care and atmosphere this is my favorite office for any dental treatment.

I started going here several years ago when I had a negative experience at another well-known Evanston dentist, and the care has been absolutely excellent. The front-desk staff, dentists, and hygienist, Nikki, are fantastic. They are such nice people and are well-informed about dental issues. I have consistently been treated well and always leave feeling good about the high quality of service that Ive received. Their facilities are also very clean, so its an all-around great situation.

Brad Weiss is a top of the line dentist. Hes not someone who just pops in, looks around and pops out again. He genuinely cares about his patients. On my first visit, he asked me to describe my previous dental experiences, and listened with an empathic ear. Thereafter, hes always been conscientious about carefully laying out all options, yet at no time have I ever felt pressure to pursue a particular procedure if I wasnt comfortable. And my kids love him!

There was a lot of miscommunication with work being done, its costs, and insurance, leaving me with a bill much higher than I expected. Thankfully, Marie was willing to work with me so that the outstanding balance was manageable for a recent college grad. Marie was nice and informative when performing the work. Some more transparency on billing and communication between her and the office would have made for a better experience for me.
