I have used this location for years. In talking with friends and comparing prices I seemed to always spend more than they did on frames and glasses at other optical stores. But is was close to my home. The final straw came when my anti-glare coting started coming of my glasses. I went to the store and they said they are not covered under warranty but we can remove the anti-glare coating. I needed something done as the glasses were getting hard to see through. They said it would only take 15-20 min. Over an hour later they said all of the coting would not come off, gave me back my glasses and they were ruined. I could hardly see through them much worse than before. The staff could have cared less. A pair of $300 glasses ruined! That was the final straw went to a different place and purchased a new pair much nicer pair cheaper than my original pair.

Even with insurance this place is very expensive. I have gone to this location for two years. Most of the people are nice except for one older lady at the counter. My contacts came in over a week past what I was told they would be in which really put me in a bind. I always feel a lot of pressure by all the costly extra tests they always want to do. I dont know if I will go back next year. I have used a competitor for more than 20 years and only switched because they wouldnt take my insurance. Funny thing is, my bill is cheaper at the competitor even with no insurance and I feel I got the same level of care. Guess I answered my own question.
