Called to schedule a routine eye exam, would have never thought that would take over 20 minutes. Had to repeat my information several times and was put on hold several times to then get disconnected and still not have an appointment made. Not sure I want to call back and try again if its that much of a headache just to schedule a simple appointment. They may have great doctors but their customer service sucks.

Took me and my daughter in for eye exam and glasses. They were fast, courteous, and very professional. Good selection of frames and sunglasses and took the time with you to make sure you got what you needed. They also didnt try to oversell the more expensive frames which was nice.
