I must admit that I was completely blown away by the service and professionalism of the ENTIRE staff. Upon arriving I was expecting it to be just another typical day at the dental office. As usual I had the tense feeling in my stomach and was filled with uncertainty. Surprisingly, all of my apprehension melted away as I entered the building which resembles a vacation resort, and was called by name by the two extremely polite receptionists. They actually held a conversation with me with about things other than the appointment. I felt more like a friend than just a patient. Immediately after signing in I was greeted by another polite lady who gave me a TOUR of the facility and introduced me to practically everyone in the dental office. I have never in my life been given a tour of a dental office. I must also add that I have had enough experience in dealing with people that I can tell if they are genuine or not. Every single person that I met had a genuine concern for people. The conversations were comical, enlightening and totally disarmed me and put me at ease. As with most of the dental offices that I have visited the staff rarely communicates with each other and you can feel the tension in the atmosphere. Not here, the staff was totally engaged with one another and evidently loved what they were doing. As my exams began, the polite lady was right there to escort me to the next station and I felt as if I had my own personal concierge. At least 5 people offered me coffee or something to drink. My last stop was the billing office to receive a quote and determine how I would like to proceed. I was shocked that the majority of our conversation did not evolve around why I needed to receive the treatment or the usual pressure tactics. We discussed practically everything but that. Soon after Dr. Blackman came in and gave nothing short of a stellar presentation which answered any question I could possibly think of and then some. I had initially planned to receive the quote and then compare it with that of another facility that I scheduled a consultation with for the following week but after all that I had experienced I was sold. After all I had seen I was just sure that the cost would be astronomical but to my surprise the cost was far less than I thought it would be, Im talking thousands. We then discussed the rewards program which is phenomenal, who ever heard of a dental office giving back to the patients and Im not talking about stickers and plastic toys. Im talking about a iPad Pro that was up for grabs and tons of gift cards that could be earned just for taking care of your teeth. I had my exam today and tomorrow they will be putting my braces on, talk about excellent customer service. I could literally go on and on about Reflections but this is truly a place that you have to experience for yourself. I give it 5 stars and could find absolutely no room for improvement. This place is taking the orthodontics experience to another level.

Where do I begin? I transferred to this office from out-of-state and I must say this is the best medical/dental office I have been to by far. I love this place so much that as soon as I saw the need for my daughter to get braces I brought her here and referred my friend once I heard she was in the market for them. Every time we come for an appointment we both are greeted with smiling faces and everyone literally knows our name. Youd think Dr. Blackman pays them a million dollars the way they interact with everyone/anyone, but its because they all love what they do and it shows. It is such a great place that I don’t mind making the extra drive past many other offices to come here. The staff and service is superb, so worth it!!

After another orthodontic practice cancelled our appointment the morning of, we were frantically searching for a new orthodontist. I had taken off work already and my son, Trevor, would have been late for school. We called reflections, and they worked him in within the next hour. Walking in, we were warmly welcomed. Everyone took the time to talk to both of us and ensure that my son felt comfortable. He ended up with an appointment to put his braces on the very next week. I wouldnt choose another orthodontic practice for my children. I highly recommend Reflections.

This place is a wonderful place and the only reason Im giving them a 3 instead of a 5 is because if you have to reschedule you have to wait almost 6 weeks to be seen. It really irritates and bothers me bc I work for the US Postal Service and my schedule is posted once a week. So what happens when I have to reschedule again. I wait another 6 weeks for a service that I pay for. Its happened twice already. They said I have to call everyday now to see if someone canceled to be seen before my next scheduled appointment. They dont call you. Not happy.

I had my first Orthodontic visit on Valentines Day and I must say the office is very nice, the staff is helpful, excellent, and friendly in every way possible! I was given a tour of the facility and was presented with a treatment plan rather quickly. It was an amazing Orthodontic experience! I highly recommend Reflections to anyone needing ortho treatment or consult. They treat you like close friends and family! Very welcoming staff. I look forward to each visit. Reflections is so very amazing! I would recommend them to everyone! Been going every 6 weeks for almost 2 years and have never had a bad experience. All the staff members are so friendly and always smiling. The atmosphere is like you are at a spa. Even the days I have to bring all the children with me, there is a theater room and game room to entertain them. You really couldnt ask for a better place to make your children comfortable. My daughter even looks forward to her visits.

Nicholas and Kari Nenoff

Both of our children have been patients of Dr. Blackman for the past few years. They both love getting to go to their appointments. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Blackman is easy going and a wonderful orthodontist. They have a little snack bar area, there is a game room with iPads and game stations and a movie room. I honestly cant say enough great things about them. We drive almost 40 minutes to go to this office!

I have been a client here since June 2015 and I absolutely love it. It is by far the best Orthodontic Clinic in Clarksville,TN. The atmosphere is nothing short of amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and always make me feel right at home. Dr.Blackman sincerely cares about all his patients. I am very please with the services I receive. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for Orthodontic Treatment to come here.
