I was referred by my HMO to Jasmine Yun twice over a 3 year period regarding an area on my nose where the skin texture was very different than the surrounding skin. Dr. Yun said she felt it was not a problem and we could "just keep an eye on it". I asked about doing a biopsy and she responded because theres no excess skin on the nose, it would create a divet and again said she didnt believe it was a problem and we should just keep an eye on it. As it seemed she was dismissing me, I asked if we shouldnt at least measure it and she complied. The following year was a repeat. A year later when I asked once again for a referral, I was referred to Dr. Michael Tabibian who said we should do a biopsy. It was morpheaform basil cell and 10 layers were required by the Mohs surgeon. Needless to say, although shes pleasant, I could never recommend Jasmine Yun.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Yun as my dermatologist. My whole family sees her, she is great with children and adults. My baby was suffering from a terrible painful rash and she cured it within a few days. Both my brother and I have had moles removed and you cant tell where the scars are. She is always friendly and sincere and she personally calls me with pathology results. If you have any kind of skin issue, she is the one to see.
