Do we know the meaning of customer service?? I have been going here for 5 years, I have been begging my wife to take our business elsewhere! The doctors are always nice, and the glasses dept is always friendly. But those are the highlights, the office visits go downhill from there!! Make an appointment, you sit for at least 30-45 minutes in the waiting room before called. Then once called, you sit in another room for at least 20 minutes before the doctor actually comes in. In 5 years, I have yet to get out of this place in less than 1 hour. I dont have complex vision needs either! It seems we are always getting random extra bills from this place. They always make my wife order contacts, even if she doesnt need them and Dr. tell her to just come pick them up when she is ready for them. Then they come in a week later, and the office staff calls and harasses us to come get them, daily! Even when they have been told she wasnt ready for them. The office / phone staff is often rude and snotty.

Good experience with this doctor. The office staff was friendly. I had to wait a bit to see the doctor which I felt was typical...there were quite a few people scheduled. I found him to be friendly with a sense of humor. Some people may find it quirky but I didnt mind it. He was thorough in his examination of my eyes. I like that his office hours start very early in the morning...I was able to get an 8 am appointment and I could have scheduled for earlier if I wanted. Over all, I would recommend this doctor.

His medical expertise is okay; his manner is whacked. On my first visit he was cold, hurried, and short with me. I went back for the follow up because he knew my case; he was nice, called me "sugar pie" twice and "sweety" once, and actually smiled and said, "Nice to see you again." Was he having a bad day the first time? Fine, but do not bring it to the office; do apologize or do not charge for the 2nd visit. The map here takes you to a residence; you might get better service there!

In case you listen to their voice recorded message for hours - they have it wrong. They close at 3pm on Fridays. My entire family has been going here for years and their service is excellent, but not getting this right caused me to make an unnecessary trip.
