I hate writing a review, but I wanted to make sure to worn others about this office. This review is not about there doctors, has I received a good medical care. This review is all about there awful billing department and there unwilling to work with there clients. I went to the office to have my ingrown check, the doctor decided to clean my cuticles, and told me that this is something that any good nail salon can do for me to relieve pressure on my toes. I received the treatment and went to the reception desk to pay, I had to pay $15 co-pay and then I left the office. a few weeks later I received a bill for $90 for my cuticle treatment (mind you, if you go to any salon, even a very nice one, you wont pay more then $30 for the same thing). My insurance wasnt covering this specific treatment, and I had to pay. So I called my insurance, and the Rep was very helpful, telling me that the office could just change the coding of the treatment and then my insurance will be happy to cover it. I called there billing department, and talk to there billing lady (Tina). She told me that when I was at the office I had an option to pay $60 cash instead of filing for a claim with my insurance. So I told her I would like to pay the $60, and why wasnt I offered that option? She told me that its too late and well, I missed that train cause I already filed a claim (well, thank you for pointing it out) Im responsible to pay it and they wont be changing any codes. After having her giving me a piece of her mind and seeing that she is not willing to help, I tried to reach the office manager, she was actually trying to help, but after a week that I didnt heard from her, I received an email from the doctor, telling me that if I wont pay she will need to pay it from her own packet. I felt that after not giving me the whole information about my financial options, the office could have compromise with me and give me the $60 rate instead of this outrageous $90 for a 10 min cuticle removal. has no one was willing to try and help resolve this, myself and my family will not be coming back. I paid $90, but Im hoping to save others from making the same mistake. Dont sign there financial responsibility papers, and pray that you never need to deal with there rude billing department. money isnt everything, you could improve you customer service.

Just like the review above, their biller Tina is a nightmare, rude and has no clue has to bill properly. I would never go back due to her. She has absolutely no customer service skills, hung up on me after mistakes were on her. Ive contacted my insurance company and filing a grievance against this office. Beware if you want to deal with Tina and her u professionalism. The office manger I emailed and she never got back to. In my opinion Seems like they dont care much about their patients experinces with bad customer service.

Advanced foot and ankle medical center is an excellent place for treating any foot problems in Thousand Oaks. I went there for foot pain treatment. Here I received the best foot care possible. Pretty good checkup. The office staff is professional and extremely helpful. Overall, a good experience, but best of all, my foot pain gone. I highly recommend this place for best foot care.
