The Chantilly Animal Hospital has been caring for the dogs in our family for nearly two decades. The care they provided helped on of our dogs live to just over 18 years and another to nearly 15 years of age. They are now providing health care for the newest and current two canine members of our family. Not only is their care exceptional and personal, it is practical. When we were advised that one of them probably had a raft of allergies, the doctor who has worked with us for many years took a practical (essentially no cost) approach and determined that we did not have to worry--the dog was just fine in the real world and can eat "normal" food. When a recommended treatment should appropriately be provided by a specialist, the team at Chantilly coordinates to help us get the specialist and the treatment required to enable full and healthful lives for our dogs. This includes dental care and surgery. We continue to be most pleased with the tremendous, personalized, knowledgeable and beneficial care which the team at Chantilly Animal Hospital provide.

My four beautiful, precious Pekingese dogs are the most important part of my life. I trust Chantilly Animal Hospital with their health and well-being without hesitation, and that kind of trust does not come easy for me. My pups have seen Dr. Tohill and Dr. Bingaman, and without exception, both doctors have been extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Weve been in for regular check-ups, occasional emergencies (strained back muscles), and a teeth cleaning operation. All went very well. The technicians are consistently warm and welcoming; I recently brought my big boy in for a much-need trimming of his sloth bear claws and they gladly made time for such a mundane procedure during their busy work day. I have been to many veterinarians over the years and can say that Chantilly Animal Hospital is also reasonably priced in this world of skyrocketing medical costs for both animals and humans. They dont try to sell me on unnecessary treatments or packages and I am able to get a 20% discount through my membership in the Pet Assure program. Im so happy I found this place.

The new groomer Angela is fabulous! No joke - every single person that has seen my dogs has said it is their best haircut ever. My dogs are looking and feeling great with their new summer cuts. Angela communicated with me like no other groomer has in the past. I actually got to talk to her before the grooming to discuss what I wanted done. Then she called to let me know how the dogs did, what she did while grooming to take care of our issues, and tips on how to look after a trouble spot on the skin. Angela truly loves animals and her job and it was a pleasure to have her take care of my babies for the day. Also, the dogs were finished much earlier in the day because she is in the office more often than the previous groomers which is better for me and my dogs. CAH has really lucked out with this one!

About 2 1/2 years ago I rescued a very sweet cocker spaniel from Oldies But Goodies Rescue. She has had many issues including constant ear infections, allergies, thyroid problems and skin problems. The vets at Chantilly Animal Hospital have been very diligent in trying different things to address each of these problems. I was recently in FL and she had a very bad ear infection and I was able to have the vet down there call back to Chantilly and get recommendations as to what to use. That was most helpful. The staff is always great and friendly and I appreciate all of the efforts on everyones part to take care of my dog. In addition I have used this clinic for all of my dogs in the past and have been most pleased with their compassion.

The vets and staff are all professional, loving, and understanding. I have used them personally for my pets for about 5 years, and have also worked with them as a volunteer for animal rescues. They treat every animal the same....and every animal gets top notch care. I like being able to call and leave a message for minor issues, and the vets, especially Dr. Tohill, have been quick about returning my calls. Sometimes you just need a little guidance or advice, and dont need to be seen. It is nice that they also understand that. I have no reservations about my pets being seen here, and recommend them often to other folks.

I have had upwards of 9 animals in my household (mine and fosters combined or just mine). I now have 5, and I have used Chantilly Animal Hospital since I have lived in the area (21 years). It has consistently grown and improved and I feel very fortunate to have it so accessible and be the supurb animal hospital/clinic that it is. The doctors are incredible (although I must say I have dealt with Dr. Tohill more than the others and tend to gravitate to him if he is available). All, however, are caring, extremely knowledgable and professional. I have recommended the hospital to many friends, and will continue to do so.

Have been with Dr. Tohill for over 20 years and through all this time have received the best, caring professional services from my very favorite Vet and his fabulous staff that any pet owner could ever wish for. The patience and concern of this man are truly a testament to the to the genuinely good-hearted, decent human being he is. The staff that supports him are cut of the same cloth giving owners and patients alike peace of mind and reassurance that the best that can be done, is being done. Ive been going to Chantilly Animal Hospital for more than 10 years! Its a bit of a drive from home but well worth it. The vets that have been there longest are the best anywhere. They and the staff are very friendly, caring, flexible, and informative. The "Silver Whiskers program" for older dogs saves you money on routine services and offers unlimited office visits. They recently offered a new dental cleaning service without anesthesia that is safer and much more affordable. I recently had to have my dog put to sleep, and they could not have been more caring and sensitive. I highly recommend them!

I have been bringing my dog, Coco, to Dr. Tohill for just over 3 years now and wouldnt even think to take her elsewhere. Dr. Tohill is the most compassionate vet I have ever had the pleasure of talking to and he always gives his most honest opinion. The whole staff at Chantilly Animal Hospital is friendly and welcoming every time I come in and Coco loves all of them so it makes it easier on me. Chantilly Animal Hospital has treated Coco the same way I treat her for the past 3 years and they are now treating Leo, my new puppy, just the same. I couldnt ask for more.

We have three very large kitties who are seen at Chantilly Animal Hospital. The doctors and staff have always been very compassionate and gentle with our boys and are more than willing to explain anything that we dont understand. One of the doctors even went so far as to take a photo of the wound one of our boys suffered so that I could see what it looked like before surgery and compare it to the "after." They are knowledgeable and patient and I would highly recommend them to someone looking for doctors for their furry family members.
