This establishment is SO RUDE that I felt I had to write a review. I am new to the area and missed my turn to the doggie daycare next door so I pulled over into the vets parking lot to turn around. I wasnt quite sure how far back the daycare was and I was getting my bearings when the someone from the vets office came to demand what I was doing (very angrily and rudely) and when I tried to explain that Id missed my turn she interrupted, yelling that I couldnt park there. I was shocked at how nasty her attitude was. For context, the vet office was closed so it isnt as if my parking there for a moment was preventing clients from parking. I understand that the vet would not want to have their parking lot used as overflow parking for the daycare, but that is not what I was doing. Yeah, there is more to a vet than politeness, but any business does need to be civil and employees need to control their tempers. Id never take my dog to an establishment where I was likely to be yelled at for a minor transgression. I asked around and apparently this rudeness is typical. Youd think a vet would want to be on good terms with doggie daycare clients--theyd be potential vet clients--it does not make sense to antagonize them.

The entire staff will always go out of there way to help you. Of my dogs 15+ years of life everyone knew him and did everything they could to make his life comfortable. My dog would not have had the life he did if it were not for the amazing people that care for all animals. And that is why I will still continue to take my dogs to Hillcrest as long as I am a pet owner.
